“My experience at this Chase bank was more than welcoming. We were helped by an employee named Andrew Koch. This man was more than professional and charismatic, he provided more than superb service while making us laugh as well. He definitely deserves a raise or at least recognition because he made our “oh dang we have to go to the bank” to, “Man, we’re having a good time here!” His services were beyond my expectations and I believe he needs to be recognized for that.
