“We have gone to this store twice in the past few months and been very pleased with the customer service. Pete helped us this time and he went above and beyond to help my mom get an upgraded phone, take a lost tablet off our bill, and get us a better rate on our family plan. He also offered to help my brother with a disability to look into getting a phone transferred over to our account and told me to give my brother his cell number so I didn’t have to bring him to the store. I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.”

Mirian was a total joy!!! From finding out what my phone needs were, to finding me exactly what I was looking for, in my new phone. She was very knowledgeable. She was very polite. Extremely customer oriented!! SHE EMBODIED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I told her what I was needing, what my expectations were and she delivered ! She knew her job and gave awesome customer service. Cricket needs to hold on to Mirian! Now days its becoming harder and harder to find Great customer service anywhere !! Mirian IS what great customer service is all about and should be!
