“I hope future customers take the time to read Google reviews. I started having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S22 late on an afternoon. I contacted CPR Cell Phone Repair in the Market Place in West Little Rock right when they opened the following morning. Colby, the manager, was very welcoming, professional and assured me he could fix it. He said he would have it fixed within an hour and a half which he did. The price was very reasonable and I wasn't without a phone like I probably would have been if I took it to AT&T and not even sure they could fix it. Colby is educated in cybersecurithy which gave me even more confidence he could fix my problem. I will never use AT&T or another cell phone repair place again. CPR Cell Phone and Repair is very efficient and can get most any job done. If you are having issues with your cell phone, I wouldn't think twice about where to take it - CPR Cell Phone and Repair”
“My iphone 15 pro dropped from a little height and the back camera stopped working. I tried to get it fixed elsewhere and was told it’ll cost me $250 so I read reviews online and decided to come to CPR. Came in, spoke with Ethan and not only was he very pleasant and knowledgeable, he was honest and fixed my phone with a reset. He refused to charge me and even declined a tip! What a fantastic guy!”

“Darwin Zavala was actually the consultant that assisted me at the Financial Centre Pkwy store . I was more than impressed with his knowledge, and level of customer care. He was able to set up my fiber appointment (tomorrow!) that I had not been successful in setting up online. He also discussed service improvements to expect once fiber is installed. While in my account, he found additional opportunities for savings and took action on my behalf to take advantage of those. He was very helpful (and patient!) It is rare that new services can be added while actually decreasing monthly fees. Thank you Darwin and AT&T for a nice surprise whie visiting AT&T.”

I’m glad she is there to help because going back to my phone from a mistaken phone that they gave me is pretty much a big problem and besides my phone was already shipped so they settled it there and allowed me to have the new phone. “If you’re switching to Tmobile.. Do it at this location and ask for Kai!! He is an INCREDIBLE representative. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. Customer service reps NEED to learn from him! He helped me save money on my plan AND got me $400 in costco cash! I’m also very happy with the service i’m receiving. The speeds are fast and reliable and my bill has been consistent.
