“I hope future customers take the time to read Google reviews. I started having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S22 late on an afternoon. I contacted CPR Cell Phone Repair in the Market Place in West Little Rock right when they opened the following morning. Colby, the manager, was very welcoming, professional and assured me he could fix it. He said he would have it fixed within an hour and a half which he did. The price was very reasonable and I wasn't without a phone like I probably would have been if I took it to AT&T and not even sure they could fix it. Colby is educated in cybersecurithy which gave me even more confidence he could fix my problem. I will never use AT&T or another cell phone repair place again. CPR Cell Phone and Repair is very efficient and can get most any job done. If you are having issues with your cell phone, I wouldn't think twice about where to take it - CPR Cell Phone and Repair”

“We have gone to this store twice in the past few months and been very pleased with the customer service. Pete helped us this time and he went above and beyond to help my mom get an upgraded phone, take a lost tablet off our bill, and get us a better rate on our family plan. He also offered to help my brother with a disability to look into getting a phone transferred over to our account and told me to give my brother his cell number so I didn’t have to bring him to the store. I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.”

“Excellent customer service. The staff here are competent, courteous and committed to customer satisfaction. The went the extra mile to help me get the best deal for my mobile phone service. I am enjoying some great features. Having been a AT&T customer for over 15 years, I was a bit nervous about switching, I am glad I did. Since switching I have been able to talk to a human being within a maximum of three minutes of calling and there are periodic phone calls from customer service to ensure I am satisfied with their device. Jeff was amazing!!”

Mirian was a total joy!!! From finding out what my phone needs were, to finding me exactly what I was looking for, in my new phone. She was very knowledgeable. She was very polite. Extremely customer oriented!! SHE EMBODIED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I told her what I was needing, what my expectations were and she delivered ! She knew her job and gave awesome customer service.
