“I rated this place a 5 because I had just got out of my grand mother's funeral and the staff were very kind. They didn't know me from Adam or what I had just went through but were very kind and helpful. I got gas, a coffee and a food. The food was actually pretty good for gas station food. Sometimes kindness is all you need.”

“This is a great gas station that's always clean on the outside with great gas pumps. They always have the best prices on gas here. The inside is always nice and clean and you always get a friendly gesture when entering the store. I like how they have sales on candy here its usually to good to pass up on. Great selections of cold drinks and great prices on beer here as well. I like how it's all lit up at night so you feel good and safe doing your business here.”

“Very cheap car wash. Like the old days. Just .75 cents to get a high quality car wash. Has all the bells and whistles of your larger chains. Has a stand alone air dryer the only one I have ever seen at a self car wash.”
“I wanted a self service car wash and finally found one. If I remember correctly, $2 got me 2 minutes. It was clean. Vacuum was 75 cents, but I didn't have any more bills or change so I didn't get to use it. I will be going back.”
“I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I come to this location several times a week for lunch, and Dontrail consistently has some of the best customer service I’ve seen! He always engages with everyone, often mans both cash registers at once, and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. Just wanted to say thanks, and his effort doesn’t go unnoticed.”
“My family got me a tire here when my tire popped a couple months back. Spent $200 on the tire that day. Well, I was on the highway and it just popped out of nowhere. Fernando helped me out, I really appreciate his customer service. Y'all need to give him a raise. Thanks Fernando”

“I'm giving this convenience store a solid 5 stars. It's basically the last store head west on Hwy 412. The store is always nice and clean. What I like about the store is they serve up some Mean burgers. You can taste the fresh made patty's that's never been frozen. Plus there onion rings from here are as good as it gets as well. They do have a car wash off to the side. So get your gas grab a burger then wash your car. Life's good”

“This station is the best! The lady that works overnight is very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need before you leave!! Their gas prices are lower than most of the stations in that area. Their pizza is sooooo good and their combo deals are great! Thank you to the owners and their workers for making “The Family Shop” our favorite!!”

“We have purchased fuel here several times with no complaints on service, quality or price. Non Ethenol fuel is all we use in our car.Today we gave their food a shot and we are NOT disappointed. 1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger an order of fries and an order of tots came to just at $20 and was worth the price. We took our food to go although they do have 2 tables if you want to eat in.Burgers are perfectly cooked and substantial. The veggies are fresh and plentiful. The buns are soft and the mustard was on both buns which is a nice touch as most places don't do that and we always have to add more at home. The tots were really good and the fries, well they were ok. Actually they were the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. They were kind of limp. Not how I personally prefer my fries but certainly not horrible and I did eat them.The couple that waited on us were nice. They were very efficient in how they run their business and may ask you to slow down as you order but that's because they are writing down your specific order. I've read reviews saying they were rude but I really think it is simply a matter of people not understanding an accent, what effeciency is or maybe a discomfort with a cultural difference. Or maybe it's just people who can't see beyond their own prejudices. Personally we felt welcomed and will return to support this local business.We have lived down the road for years but had our go to burger joint already. Unfortunately it was sold and immediately went down hill in quality and business practices. We do miss T&T but wish we had discovered these burgers sooner because they are better ..... If only Hometown Country Store had chicken fried steak and shakes!”

“great place. i come here nearly every day before work. im getting a little disappointed in their kitchen staff not having their burgers or anything ready. ive asked and the clerk said they were under staffed. i hope they get this figured out cuz those burgers are amazing.other than that, great job kum n go!”
“Restrooms and facility is clean and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gas pumps werent full but there is some issue seeing to turn out of the South entrance to this place as the houses adjacent have overgrown shrubbery that blocks a good view.”

“Aight this kumNgo is awesome. This also had the best pizza (brkfst&others) of any gast station pizza I've had in millions of miles. The staff is wonderful. Darius who works at night is out going, the daytime employees are enthusiastic and well informed, and the lady with the glasses is always on top of her job. The one guy with the glasses REALLY NEEDS TO STOP HOLDING YOUR LICENSE AND YOUR ITEMS BEHIND THE COUNTER UNTIL THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN FINALIZED. Bro, I've been in here 50 times. My i.d. isn't fake. Nobody is gonna run their card and put in there Rewards number and then run off and risk their freedom for 2 monsters and a cookie. It's pompous. It's egotistical. I don't know his name but he has skin that's white (more pink) wears glasses, has a monotone voice, and obviously think that since he stands behind a counter a few inches higher than you that he is responsible for saving the community by being the judge of your ID'S authenticity and whether or not your card is gonna pay for these. “I only stopped in here on the way to Springdale to get ice. This was my second time visiting this gas station, traveling through Arkansas. The employees were friendly, and the store was clean both times. I didn't have time to check out the hot food this time, but it smelled really good.”
