Not much of a place to look at, I presume the owners rather spend money on their menu than the building. Food was good and the prices are very good as well. “This is a great gas station that's always clean on the outside with great gas pumps. They always have the best prices on gas here. The inside is always nice and clean and you always get a friendly gesture when entering the store. I like how they have sales on candy here its usually to good to pass up on. Great selections of cold drinks and great prices on beer here as well. I like how it's all lit up at night so you feel good and safe doing your business here.”

“Now this is what a convenient stores soppose to be. Always clean with friendly service each and every time. In the mornings they have fresh donuts and hot muffins that's outstanding. The coffee is always good n hot. They have a great selection of cold drinks and sandwiches as well. Lots of gas pumps with any wait at all. Free windshield cleaner here as well.”

“I went there for $5.00 worth of gas and Penny was working the cash register. I politely asked for $5.00 worth of gas on pump 6 and after repeating my request for confirmation she proceeded to take the $20.00 dollar bill I was paying with and put it in the cash drawer and handed me a receipt for the code that has to be entered into the pump with a shove-off expression. So I told her no I just wanted $5.00 as she excused herself by saying that she didn't hear me. I myself have a hearing disability but I knew that this wasn't the case because I heard her repeat my request. However her idea of correcting this situation was to void out the original purchase and instead of making a new entry for the $5.00 that I originally asked for she handed me back the $20.00 and told me to go somewhere else. I've worked for the university of Arkansas for 14 years and I still manage to keep a friendly in spite of the many frustrations that needs to be dealt with but I have never seen anyone with this kind of blatant rudeness. I will never step foot in that store ever again.”

“I went into the store one eve & nothing was stocked we asked the lady if she could stock the half & half & the whipped topping. She came back w the half & half but no whipped topping & when we asked again she said she had other customers which there was no one but us in the store so we waited & waited she was at the register doing nothing so we walked out. Called her store manager the next morn who couldn’t have been nicer about the whole thing & gave us free coffee for our trouble. Hanna George u rock”
“I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I come to this location several times a week for lunch, and Dontrail consistently has some of the best customer service I’ve seen! He always engages with everyone, often mans both cash registers at once, and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. Just wanted to say thanks, and his effort doesn’t go unnoticed.”

I'm not sure a more BLAH attitude is even possible. I work with the public, I know what a hard day is like and I have no doubt working at a convenience store is hard day after hard day. I also know that a smile goes a long way to your customer and doesn't take long to give. I hope her day got better.”

“I recently visited White Oak Station at Pinnacle Market. The store has a cool and unique vibe with a great selection of international snacks, rare drinks, and a solid coffee and salad bar.
One thing that stood out to me was the sheer size of the place. It’s spacious, clean, and has plenty of room to browse without feeling cramped. Outside, there are multiple gas pumps, which makes fueling up convenient even during busy hours.
That said, a few things could be better. A lot of items didn’t have visible price tags, which made shopping a bit frustrating.
Overall, it's a decent stop if you're in the area, especially for the variety and space, but there’s room for improvement in service and pricing transparency.”

“We stopped in here and all I can say is this convenience store is very nice. Pulled in at night, the first thing you'll notice is all the lighting outside. Which is very nice. The store was very very clean inside as was the bathrooms which I did appreciate. They do sell beer so there's a good selection of your favorite beverage waiting and one thing I will say is nice and cold! The guy working was a very nice guy he kept asking me if I needed any help, probably because I was half way intoxicated walking in. But seriously if your traveling outside Tonitown stop in here. Clean restrooms n cold beverages!!!”
