“I have a peterbilt 579. My truck has had issues with the dpf system. I took it to the Dobbs dealership in Shreveport, La. On 3 different occasions for the same issues. I was very pissed, frustrated, and tried of dealing with Dobbs based off the performance of Dobbs in Shreveport La. I was convinced to take my truck to Dobbs in West Memphis Ar. Upon arrival Andrew, Will, Christian and Tyler talked with me about my issues I was having. Then they proceeded to pull up what Shreveport, La did to my truck. This level of professionalism of above and beyond should be appreciated and pointed out. West Memphis Dobbs dealership should be a Training facility they have given me new hope that all Dobbs locations are not bad. Thank you Andrew, Will, Christian and Tyler.”
