“Our experience at The Brick store in Coquitlam has been nothing but exceptionally great. Our sales associate Mario has been absolutely fantastic. He respects our space and he continuously accommodates our needs beyond the normal scope of his job. We've been fortunate enough to have Mario assist us with 3 of our furnitures. King size mattress, leather sofa, and a server unit. His wealth of knowledge and long term experience with the products has made our experience really pleasant and enjoyable. “My wife and myself went to Cucoo with our rice cooker to get it fixed as the fan made a buzzing noise. The Korean lady was honest and gave good advice / tips.
In the end we did not get the rice cooker fixed as the Korean lady suggested it was not necessary as long as we are okay with the buzzing noise and the buzzing noise would not effect anything.
