About Decker's Automotive Centre
Decker's Automotive Centre is known for its great services, flexible accommodations, and fast, affordable repairs. Customers have praised the business's expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues, offering peace of mind and value. The centre is recognized for its excellent customer service, including quick tire changes and cleaning up after repairs. However, there have been mixed experiences recently. While some customers appreciate the integrity and honest service, others have expressed disappointment after changes in staff led to a decline in quality. A former customer noted issues with repairs on their Forester, highlighting a lack of thorough inspections and service follow-up. Despite these concerns, there are still positive reviews emphasizing the care and attention given by staff like Wayne, who takes time to explain services to customers. Overall, Decker's Automotive Centre aims to provide reliable service, but recent feedback suggests that consistency in quality may need improvement.
