The quality of the products is fantastic, I’ve never had a complaint or issue with both the raw and the dried meats. Definitely recommend visiting Crudo for your pets raw food needs.”

“I recently discovered this store near my home as I have recently moved from Coquitlam. My dog was experiencing diarrhea at the time and didn't know what food to get her. I went up to the counter and sparked a conversation with one of your staff, Tristan. She was welcoming and friendly and recommended me food for my dog. “One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats.My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)”

“My favorite multi generation family owned pet supply store. I have spent probably around 15k buying nearly all my cat and dog food/supplies here for 8+ years. Most friendly owners of any pet store. Best prices of any pet store. And you can also have them order items they don't regularly carry if you want.

“Absolutely fantastic customer service, professionalism and solutions from all staff at this location who assisted me with an autoship order that an Uber driver faked a pickup and delivery for. The staff allowed me to come in to pick up the order myself using a friend’s vehicle. I know the extra steps they had to take at the back-end to even/close everything out at the end of my weird Uber saga wasn’t ideal. But they went above and beyond for me anyways and did so with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It is such a rare thing for people seemingly these days to take steps like this for strangers, so this positivity stands out so much for me! I wanted to share this.

With that being said, I hope PerSmart corporate can notify their business partner Uber about the fraudulent driver who may just be an independent contractor, but some accountability is in order. I have documents (brought receipts in other words!) and photos of the driver and vehicle in question along with all of the Uber updates sent by PetSmart via screenshots. I’ve tried passing this to Uber directly but they advised they cannot help with me without going through PetSmart.

Anyways, 5 stars all around for the staff here who handled everything perfectly. You all deserve a raise and hoping you all receive much love and praise and good opportunities in 2026.”

“Best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Went in on Thursday evening looking for flea medication for my cat but didn’t know his weight - either above 4kg or below. After receiving some good advice and what felt like true, genuine care for an animal this person had never and will never meet, we settled on the above 4kg dose. Then he threw in some wet cat food samples and told me to go home, weigh my cat and if he was less than 4kg, don’t open the box and come back for an exchange. Lovely person and told me to join the points club with my next purchase but to keep this receipt so it can count. (Spoiler alert: cat weighed in at 13lbs… my furry dude is going on a diet!!)”

Woohoo!!Short backup on why: I was at another local pet shop and I bought these AMAZING freeze dried bully sticks (at $14-17.99 according to the sticker on the product, little did I know I was rung up $29.50 for it ... did not even know. Til I was arranging to pay on the phone for more)... so of course now I'm a tad irked I paid double the price I saw. But. Anyways. Whatever. The prices was a lot higher for the larger bag of chicken discs (we call them that) the Farmland Traditions Jerky... so a bit of thinking I decided to google some going market prices....FARMLAND WITH MP ($25 for 16oz bag, the other store $38 )VITAL FD BULLY STICKS ($22 for 5 pack, the other store $29 )I wanted 2 Bully 1 chicken and a bag of kibbles ($29 for kibbles I found another store that will sell that to me for sale plus $5 coupon I have so it will be around $21) for $147.... So if we minus about $35 for the kibbles that's $110 for 1 bag of chicken and 2 bags of sticks.I got 3 bags of chicken and 3 bags of sticks for $140 (difference of $30 I got 2 bags more of chicken and one more bag of sticks.... This is huge savings!!!)Best part? I ordered it just before 8 pm on Tuesday and it arrived at noon on Wednesday. They beat Amazon on speedWow I'm so impressed. No frills. Simple brown spare box just says maple paw and it doesn't even have invoice. Just the food and on time. I can dig that. And my dog is thrilled.I’ve just ordered my second order during the Thanksgiving long weekend and it came today, Tuesday Oct 10, I ordered it like Oct 8. They delivered it right on time. Texted me to make sure it was left where I’d like it. Photo to show me where exactly it wasAnd I just placed my 3rd order in 3 weeks. About $500 spent now so far and still always perfect.”

“I have been going to this location for pet grooming for years. We used to go to Sarah, an amazing pet groomer, but sadly she has moved to another town in BC and is no longer working here. And yet luckily, Crystal emerges as a new go-to pet groomer. She is very professional, humble, compassionate, efficient, and her skill level has greatly improved over the past year, and we have no complaints at all! You can tell she genuinely cares about your fur baby with so much motherly love towards them. She also communicates with you patiently to know about your specific needs, the personality traits of your fur baby, and how she is going to do or she has done afterwards to cater to your needs.
