Capitol Hill Phatmacy is what true customer service is all about.”
“I love having Burnaby Square as my local pharmacy. They've given me all my COVID shots and boosters. The pharmacist I've been dealing with is supremely helpful (one of my bp medications is in short supply and he came up with a workable solution in less than a week). The staff are unfailingly kind, patient, polite and efficient. I honestly wish everyone in Canada could get service like this.”

“Wow Safeway Kensington has been serving the North Burnaby area since the late 70's. A great location to buy fresh produce, meat, deli and bakery items on my way home. It has changed and renovated a bit over the decades, but it still the local accessable Safeway in the area. A large free parking lot and Starbucks available.”
“I have no complaints after taking the Complete Vaccinations for Covid and Flu that will protect you from Zombies and anti-vaccers! I believe in Science and our bodies are made by Libraries not by theories.”

“Can the management please ask the delivery truck drivers not to HOOT when they come. We are seniors staying in the apartment just above the delivery place and it’s so annoying when they start hooting even on Sundays. Don’t they have any courtesy.
Management should stop them or we have to report this to city and the environment”
“These five stars are directly for *Kaidryn*. (Hope I spelled that right. :)) Whom answered the store's line, i.e., not the pharmacy, when I called to ask about the crypto ATM.
Ever since the Scotiabank closed abruptly it has been a struggle to find ATMs that are walking distance within the area. Kaidryn was awesome at explaining that the Bitcoin ATM does NOT dispense cash and how the ATM works.
She went out of her way to search the ATMs at McBride, which I honestly never thought about checking out and she found a couple that I can use.
She was great, very sweet, and went out of her way to help me. I wish more people were as pleasant as she is, in general and not just as employees.”

“The Save On is located at the boarder of Coquitlam and Burnaby. Inside is quite clean. Isles are wide. I like the fact that they do price match so that I don't have to make a trip to Thirty's Food, Safeway etc. One thing I have noticed is how many on sales items they have. They have on sale tag everywhere.”

“I had very very bad experience with someone there. but good too
While shopping at London Drugs, I asked a supervisor for help finding Christmas mugs, but they did not assist me and were unhelpful in their response.They just told it’s in the central unable to find eventually. Feeling unsure and frustrated, I then went to the customer service desk for help.
At customer service, I spoke with Mariam, who was very kind and approachable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and communicated clearly and calmly. Entho, there was line behind. Mariam helped me locate the Christmas mugs and made sure I knew exactly where to find them.
Supervisor was rude tho”

“I regularly visit this location and usually prefer coming on Monday or Thursday evening time because I receive the best service during those times. The cosmetician is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the Sikh security guard his professional behavior makes customers feel comfortable and secure. The security staff is professional, polite, and always speaks respectfully. Overall, the security at this location is excellent.
