So no snake oil here. I will go out of my way to go to this specific location.I’ll come to the pharmacy with my concerns and data I’ve collected and the pharmacist works with me to address them. Every time I’ve come in, I’ve worked with Azrah. All the supplements she’s suggested has worked for me and I believe it’s because of all the questions she’s asked. She went out of her way to help me get a refund and had an overall exceptional customer service ability that made me very happy. I regularly shop at this London Drugs and other locations but I've never experienced a cashier with such incredible people skills and the natural inclination to help others.Thank you so much for being so amazing!!!”

“811 Columbia St # 1, New Westminster BC, I always pass by this Shoppers Drug Mart, always 15mins before closing time they are not accepting customers anymore but some customers inside. It says in your website 12:00midnight closed. We want to buy some groceries because near by skytrain, and still 11:45 pm they always say closing we’re not accepting customer even you can say just buy milk, all workers Did that. entrance gate closed and exit door just small door open. Hopefully management know that, check your cameras ..give some actions As Soon As Possible . Thank you..”
