I went to Roots in Metrotown to look for a T-shirt as a gift, Rita saw us come in and asked if we needed help and suggested a limited edition BC inspired shirt and even help me with the size. She was pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Rita and will go back to buy again

Staff were very helpful, and made me and my family laugh. Spent more because of how comfortable they made it.
