I felt bad that they had to stay later than their closing hours to fix everyone's cars booked for the day, and yes, it did take a while to get mine done - but I also acknowledge that they could be shortstaffed, or that other vehicles just had more problems than what they were there for.. so I really do appreciate them working overtime to make sure they get it done and also just for being nice (even after a hectic day!). Kindness really does make a difference. :)”
