“The staff at Trail in Surrey are wonderful. We came in there with a shortlist of stoves and Derian(?) answered all of our questions. Derian also reassured us that if we got home and discovered the fuse box in the kitchen for the oven was too low to accommodate the induction stove that we could call and he would swap it for the non-induction version. This made our decision easy.
The delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were professional and friendly.
This is my second time buying with Trail and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.”

At Canada Post inside the store, Hardeep (apologies if I got the name wrong), along with Aidan and Preeti, and other two more ladiesnat front checkout - truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive throughout my visit. I was having a long and exhausting day, but their kindness and professionalism genuinely lifted my mood.
Every single staff member I interacted with made me feel valued as a customer. Their attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help were simply wow.?

“I love stopping by Costco Wholesale for the treasure-hunt experience—you never know what great seasonal or limited-time products you'll discover. Beyond the excellent prices, the quality is consistently high, especially in the bakery, deli, and fresh food sections. The warehouse is clean, staff are helpful, and despite how busy it gets, the lines move surprisingly quickly. It's one of the few places where I always leave feeling like I got great value for my money.”

“I have brought my 2024 Kia Forte in for a tire repair twice now. On March 3rd and today April 4th 2026. Both times I did not have an appointment and both times Tatiana was able to squeeze in right away and have the tire repaired in under an hour! This is EXTREMELY courteous and understanding of her as we all know how impossibley busy it gets here. I can't find the words to describe how grateful I am of her and the entire crew for being so helpful and prompt with the tire repair. “Excellent communication and on time delivery exceeded our expectation. Delivery guys not only sent text messages and emails, they went out of their way to reschedule our request for the last minute changes to the delivery dates. They called and reconfirm the time and the date.
We purchased all the appliances for our new home from this location.
Rohit who is the store manager was on top of everything. He even called to followed up while he was on his family vacation.
Diksha who helped us through selecting the appliances was very knowledgeable and friendly.
