“Initially I was upset since associates took advantage of me being a mom to an active toddler. I was continously chasing my toddler while i was shopping for my toddler. Since i was so overwhelmed at the time, and associates knew i wasn't paying full attention to transaction, she charged me 1 of low price item with double scanning other item for higher price. How did I know? I went to store to price match and noticed 2 of same items are charged TWICE whereas I had bought 3 DIFFERENT STYLES AND 3 DIFFERENT PRICES. Carter Associates! Dont be taking advantage of us moms with full hands. I'll be taking it to corporate since I still have more details about the incident. Thanks to Emily to assist me at price matching with out taking advantage of my vulnerable situation. I make purchase at carters online bi monthly and occasionally in store for friends gifts. This is not the reward I'd like in return. Not to mention the service is usually very helpful in finding sizes and any specific product. Great work on that!”

“So glad we found this little store as there aren’t many places to get baptism dresses in Vancouver. We were shopping for a baptism dress for my daughter. The owner was very nice. It is a very old store and as soon as we walked in through the door we were hit with a smell of cigarette smoke. I am unsure if the owners are smokers or if it was the businesses beside hers and the smell just got caught in the doorway. Anyway, there were a few baptismal dresses that caught my eye. We were able to try them on my daughter too. They had a traditional one and modern looking one and we went with the modern dress (also could be used as a flower girl’s dress). It was so pretty. They also have a nice selection of confirmation and communion dresses. They also have boys attire too but I didn’t look much into those. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. They had a small selection for each age group, but it was easy to make a decision. Both dresses that we tried on were lovely and I likely would have purchased both the modern and traditional style one if my husband wasn’t with us. We definitely will come back for future events to get dresses for our baby girl.”

“Yesterday, I went to the GAP store in Guildford looking for one of my absolute favourite pairs of socks the kind I simply don’t like wearing anything else instead. 🥹 And then I met Karla. Oh my goodness, this girl genuinely touched my heart. She was running around the store, searching everywhere, checking every possible place, trying her absolute best to find the one I was looking for. Even when it seemed like it might not be there, she never stopped trying. What touched me most wasn’t just the effort it was the way she did it. With such genuine kindness, patience, and that beautiful, shining smile. I could see that she was putting her whole heart into helping me. And then came the sweetest surprise… She actually went to the back of the store, found a pair for me, brought it out, and even gave me a discount on it. 🥹❤ Oh my gosh, my heart was melting! At that point, it wasn’t even about the socks anymore. It was about the kindness behind every little thing she did. She could have simply said they weren’t available and left it there, but instead, she went above and beyond just to make me happy. Karla, I honestly don’t know if words can ever do justice to what your kindness meant to me. You may have been helping a customer find a pair of socks, but you gave me something much more precious you made my heart smile and turned an ordinary shopping trip into a memory I’ll carry with me. ❤ Thank you for caring the way you did. Thank you for going the extra mile. Thank you for that beautiful effort that came so genuinely from your heart. GAP is lucky to have someone like you, Karla. Please know that every little effort you made was noticed, felt, and deeply appreciated. “We had a great experience here today. We asked the sales staff to help us plan the gender reveal of our baby and they couldn't have been nicer, or more excited to help. We gave Holly a boy and a girl themed outfit, asked them to read our results privately, and pack the appropriate clothes discretely. She seemed genuinely overjoyed to participate and it made the whole experience really memorable for us. Thanks to all the staff today for being so wonderful, we appreciate it so much. PS no one else knows so please keep it to yourselves! 😁”

“Last weekend was my first time going to Uniqlo, and I had a very good experience at this store. The staff, Alison and Mark, were very friendly and welcoming. These days it is not common for staff to come and say hello, so I really liked it. Alison helped me find the clothes I wanted, and Mark gave me suggestions about what to wear with my clothing style.
