“The store obviously has good clothes but the Customer Service was fantastic too. I had multiple returns from different orders both purchased online and in store. The store’s sales representative Alberto was super quick with processing the returns and made the process seamless. I was dreading managing multiple returns but it was easy. Bought a bassinet at Once Upon a child, when we brought it home we realized it was just a bit to big for the space. No worries though, because they have a 7 day return policy which is explicitly lists equipment on the receipt as returnable.
Two days after purchase I bring the bassinet in with the receipt and start the return process. When we attempt to complete the return it's declined as too large of a return. The cashier, Krista calls her manager on the phone for help who tells her that equipment is only refundable for store credit, despite what was on the receipt and on the multiple signs at the cash register.
Krista then calls the owner and doesn't hear back. So she takes it into her own hands and finds a way to give a refund by breaking it into smaller chunks.
To the owner & manager - please fix your policy and/or signage, you nearly lost a new father as a potential life long customer, only Kristal's quick thinking saved the customer relationship.”

“My mother and sister love Zara clothing store. Venue is big and there are lots of options to choose from. Prices are competitive. Checkout does not print receipts, but rather confirmation of purchase is sent to customer's mobile through SMS. Staff is friendly and well mannered.”

“It's alright but the area is pretty much very quiet at times. Very few cars around that area and majority of stores are closed. Quite sad since this location used to be very popular like a couple years back and the parking lot was pretty much fully parked. Fun fact: i believe that this place used to be a Best Buy that went out of business a couple years back.”
