“I had two challenges: mouse and Windows. Wento Guildford mall store where Wyatt helped me with choosing good ergonomic mouse that protects from carpaltunnel. He took his time to show and explain how to make it work. Then, my computer prompts to upgrade to Windows 10. Again, Wyatt explained why, how to find computer specs, perhaps think about moving to Windows 11, what to buy, and offered to help in the store if I wasn't able to do it by myself. Professional with a friendly smile. Thank you Wyatt! Also, thank you Guildford store management.
