At Canada Post inside the store, Hardeep (apologies if I got the name wrong), along with Aidan and Preeti, and other two more ladiesnat front checkout - truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive throughout my visit. I was having a long and exhausting day, but their kindness and professionalism genuinely lifted my mood.
Every single staff member I interacted with made me feel valued as a customer. Their attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help were simply wow.?
I would’ve happily filled out an NPS survey, but I didn’t have my receipt, so I wasn’t able to get past the first step. Still, I didn’t want to miss the chance to appreciate this team.

“Great prices wouldn't shop anywhere else they are hands down the most reasonably priced store for all your phone cases, laptop cases and screen protectors.
If they don't have it in stock you can leave your phone number and they call you when it comes in.
They might want to have some kind of reminder when the one you are waiting for comes in like maybe a notification on their computer to remind them to call people. Just a suggestion other than that it's a great place. I have been using them for around 6 or more years.”

“I went in for the first time today and I called before going because of the reviews that mentioned you might need a membership or that the employees are rude. That simply wasn’t my experience… Very polite and accommodating on the phone and confirmed that reviews stating otherwise are dishonest. No “membership” is required and I can say with certainty the staff were very respectful and helpful with all of my questions to purchase a device I needed. The expertise they provided made me feel confident in my choice because they have so many options!!
They did confirm my purchase would be a final sale but that if there were any issues they will absolutely warranty all items or exchange if needed; which is fair when you think about it otherwise people will purchase an item for short time use only to return (which isn’t sustainable for a normal business so I understand)
I am actually thrilled with my purchase and am happy to report the app the store recommended to use with the device is FREE. The device I bought came with a built in SD card you can manually erase on the app as needed. I am honestly very happy to report I will be a long term customer and will recommend this location to my colleagues, friends and family.”

“I visit this store everyday and I mean everyday. I purchase coffee, hot food and lotto tickets. Staff here is hardworking, friendly and polite. The taquitos (just like their other hot food items that they sell)are always fresh and tasty.
My only concern is the amount of homeless and drug addicts passed out and smoking crack outside this store. I see it everyday and it's unsafe for everyone. I have had this conversation with the store management to see how they feel. The management says they tell the upper management and the cops and they just don't care.”
