“Have been going to this pharmacy since the first day Paul opened for business. Couldn't be happier with the pleasant and very helpful staff and Pharmacists. They do go above and beyond the call to help you out and answer all of your questions. They absolutely get a 10 out of 10 across the board. Thanks so much for all of the years we have shared. My loyalties will remain here.”

“I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Tsawwassen Pharmacy. My parents (seniors) are regularly grateful to them for their kindness, patience and help. It cannot be overstated how much I appreciate their expertise and that my parents both trust and enjoy their interactions with the staff, particularly at a time when medications are becoming complex and regular realities in their lives. Thank you for being a wonderful part of local health care!”

“Best bakery service I’ve experienced in Surrey! I honestly never expected to find such an amazing bakery experience at Safeway, but Safeway Sunshine Hills completely surprised me today. I went in to buy birthday cakes for my kids, and the bakery staff—Manveer and Raman—were absolutely wonderful. Manveer, in particular, did an incredible job decorating the cake. You could truly see that it was done from the heart, with so much care and attention to detail. I’m so grateful to her. I walked out with a big smile on my face, and my kids were super excited when they saw their cake. The prices were very reasonable as well, which made the experience even better. Thank you to the bakery team for making our day so special. I will definitely be coming back!”

“Very expensive, but nicely laid out. Wide aisles is a plus. A large selection of produce, dairy, and frozen products. Hard to get someone to help or answer questions. They don't make eye contact and obviously avoid you.”

“The store is convenient, newly renovated and well managed by Doug Olver! He is approachable and visible! Our favourite sections are Cosmetics ( kudos Michelle, Christi) Canada Post ( kudos Roxy, Rose) and the fantastic Pharmacy department ( kudos Nathan / manager, assistant manager Sim Singh) and assistants Raman, Aman, Hanny, Gayla, Navjot! Of particular note is the prompt, caring service I regularly receive… Look for courteous and efficient service from these employees in sales,Joanne , Jasmin ! See the health dashboard (your digital pharmacy) featuring health tools and services. Excellent and well worth exploring!”

“Thanks for asking me what you can do to improve. You can update your employees as to when the sale has started, when it ends, what the price is so they can put the right signage on the right merchandise. They are not informed at all.”

“I just called the pharmacy to ask if I had a refill of a medication; I got more information than I bargained for AND the phone call literally lasted one minute. I find this pharmacy to be very efficient and friendly! The pharmacists behind the desk are ON POINT. Yes, this place can get busy at times but I always find myself coming back here. They know their stuff and they are there for your best interests. Personally working in the medical field, I can’t ask for more.”
