“I can’t help but write a review 3 years later lol Still a customer at this pharmacy and still beyond impressed. When you meet the two staff Karl and Alyssa, you quickly become comfortable because they don’t just treat you like another customer. They are the most welcoming pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Also, I’ve been stuck having to go to shoppers a couple times and thanks to vital health spoiling me, I felt like I was waiting years. Sometimes shoppers will have to make you wait til next day to fill because they are too busy. But if I get a script and bring it to vital health, doesn’t matter how busy they are, they get it done quick. I’m just really grateful for Vital health as well as the staff who works there. Always impressed when I go in!”

“Really impressed with butcher dept. , all Canadian ground beef even ground beef brisket, really nice. I used to shop a lot at Superstore Kelowna but have stopped completely because it is so dirty, have not bought meat, dairy/eggs for a long time from the Superstore Kelowna. Freshco from what I could see does not have origin of meat on many product, they have a small black and white Canadian flag on the packages at Freshco but that does not meen is is a product of Canada only that it meets Canadian standards, so for the time being Save On is going to be my first choice, they even had the Argentian pawns I was looking for, Thanks Save-ON-Foods for beling so clean and having what I was looking for. Happy days”

“Went in today to pick up a prescription, and I unfortunately am not sure of the pharmacists name, but she was great! They only had the brand name available of the prescription I was getting, which is quite expensive, but she mentioned that there was the possibility of getting it for much cheaper due to a code from the company, or something like that! Sorry, don't completely remember what it was. But anyway, I got the prescription filled, was surprised to see it only being $30, but didn't realize just how much the pharmacist helped me save until I was in my car, and checked the receipt. She helped me save a whopping $70!! I'm very grateful, as money is a bit tight right now. Really good customer service, appreciate y'all! The staff here is always top-notch. ?”

“I have had great experiences here and would recommend for prescriptions. I did have one pharmacist tell me I shouldn’t be on a certain prescription, despite my GP having prescribed it to me with good outcomes for years. She probably meant well, but this came across as judgemental and condescending. I haven’t seen this pharmacist in the 1+ years since, so I don’t think she works there anymore. Otherwise, the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The lineup is never long, either.”

“?? I have had two opportunities to interact with a young man from the London Drugs Photo Lab recently, his name is Logan S. I had photos to transfer from my cell phone to the computer to get developed. For some reason several of my photos were not loading. I was becoming extremely frustrated, Logan came to my aid. He was strikingly patient with my exasperation, he encouraged me and calmly took over explaining what the problem was and proceeded to work out the solution. I found Logan to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional with amazing people skills. I have witnessed very few exceptional workers in my life but this young man was definitely one of them. In my opinion he encapsulated all the characteristics of a leader. This young man will go far in life. I have no doubt he would be an incredible supervisor. Logan is most certainly an asset to the store, they are blessed to have him as an employee. I will continue to take my business there. Thank you.”

“Not a huge shop but has a nice collection of stuff. A passport photo service as well! The cashiers and pharmacy assistants are gentle and helpful. However, keep in mind that filling a new prescription may take up to 30 minutes. Also, most things are a little bit more expensive here than in other stores, even when they are on a discount! So, compare prices before buying if you want the best price. However, you can earn PC Optimum points which can be redeemed later.”
