“Very nice fuel station and convenience store in my neighbourhood. Every week i go there to fill-up Gas tank . Staff is very polite and they always welcome customers .”
“I want to thank an employee who works at the counter by the food court. I didn't catch her name, I think it is Violet. Long story short, I was couple of buck short of paying my grocery. I didn't carry my Costco Mastercard and I also didn't carry any change only my VISA which they don't accept. She quietly offer to pay it and when I tried to ask her for an email so I can at least do an e-transfer, she graciously refused and said to me just pay it forward. thank you for the small but immense gesture.”
“All the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I come to this location quite often for this reason. And also the washrooms are always clean and tidy at the very least and also they don't just put out of order sign up just cuz it's dirty, not that's it's ever been very dirty.”

“Service is quite good surprisingly. Man runs out to pump your fuel and wash your windows like the good 'ol days. Prices are fair but store is small so selection is limited. Would have given 5 stars if the welfare office wasn't across the hwy. Undesirables seem to gather in the area busking for spare coins quite often!”
“Huge Rave to Joe and his crew at the Lakeshore Petro Canada. I have always used self serve but have always been treated as if I was using full service. I tip from time to time but recently I came in and realized I forgot enough cash. Joe literally helped me out by covering a few bucks in fuel so I could get to an appointment. All the guys try their best to make your day a little nicer and it truly does. Hats off to you good sir and take a bow.”

“It feels funny to leave a review for a gas corporation, but one employee needs to be recognized.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kim around Christmas of 2023. Just happened to have some cash and needed some fuel. Not my best day, and yet I left grinning ear to ear. This woman is an absolute angel. I am loyal to THIS SPECIFIC gas station purely because of her. I only get gas Friday nights after work, and never pay at the pump, just so I can go talk to Kim.
I am 100% convinced that she is the most kind hearted, generous, sweet woman in this city. Heart of gold. This station has earned my loyalty solely because of her.”

“JUNE 2025 I was lost with no phone and no eye glass's the clerk and shame on me for not remembering his name let me use his phone plus he had to go in my wallet to find my sons name and number and get my son to come pick me up late at night maybe around 9 pm anyways his floors where clean and so was the store with those slurp machines that's not an easy task to do ANYWAYS thanks young man for taking the patience and time to help an old man lost . “I buy my lotto at Esso bridge hill on the Westside. Also they have a very clean washrooms and you don’t have to ask for a key. They also have a BMO bank machine so I don’t get dinged taking out money.”

“Sna is an amazing person , every time I see her on my visits to the store I’m always happy it’s her working . She is polite and always willing to run around and grab me and girls our snacks when it’s a late night visit for munchies . “I visited this store as I was leaving out of town and I would like to say that the manager on duty, I believe his name is Sham was very professional and had great customer service skills.
You can tell he takes pride in his job his ability to upsell products and strike up a pleasant conversation is nice to experience now a days.
This store was also well kept
Bathrooms are extremely clean and locked to prevent transient usage. Store is well organized and tidy.
Outside lot was free from garbage and tidy
I will be making this my regular station to get my gas and snacks

This location is by far and away the best in town, the service is exceptional, it’s spotlessly clean and always stocks the things I buy the most ( it’s like she just knows me lol) I would hire her away in a second but I know her loyalty to the company and brand. Give that Lady a raise as she deserves it! Highly recommend this location for anything you need!”

“Our plans for a quick grocery pick up today didn't go as planned. Found a tent stake lodged in our rear tire after leaving superstore. Fortunately we were already at Costco so I went to the tire center and explained our situation. The got us in for a repair fairly quickly given that we had no appointment and the tires weren't purchased from them. Less than $13 all in for the repair!”
