“My Plant Curious plant based deals book had a couple of coupons for Living Tree Foods in New Westminster so I used those coupons and treated myself to a mini shopping spree at Living Tree Foods!They're a small retail store and everything that they sell is plant based. I came home with plant based versions of chicken wings, crab cakes, bagel thins, smoked salmon, cream cheese, ravioli, and chicken pot pie.My husband and I feasted on the Breathe Kitchen Chick'n Pot Vegan Pie, as well as the Living Tree Foods fish free smoked salmon and dairy free cream cheese spread on top of O'Doughs bagel thins for dinner that very same night, and while the food may look quite simple, it was all soooooooooo good! Our Ninja Foodi machine made the prep work super easy too as I was able to cook the Chick'n Pot Vegan Pie in only 20 minutes, instead of 40 minutes as was mentioned on the instructions. Really looking forward to trying out the rest of the goods that I brought home.They've got all sorts of cool foods at their store. I was quite tempted by the Mac n Cheez with Bacon bits pie, the Cheezburger pie, and the Tiramisu. “If you're living in New Westminster and do your grocery shopping near Royal City Center, then I highly recommend you buying all your fruits over here .I have been living in New West for almost 5 years and split my grocery shopping between Safeway and Walmart.I stopped by Kin's Farm Market here last week and felt like I should have started buying my fruits from them a long time ago. They are so much more affordable than Safeway and have the same great quality.I purchased a quarter of a watermelon today with some blueberries and paid around 10 dollars for both. I would have easily payed three times as much for those in Safeway.It is safe to say that I will be purchasing most of my fruits from Kin's here on out :)”

“I was surprised at how clean everything was compared to how the average bulk section at any grocery store looks. Amazingly huge selection of everything you could possibly need, including lots of different Candy, which is what I was there for. There was multiple people cleaning while I was there, vacuuming and wiping things down, it felt very clean and safe. I will be going back again very soon and recommending family and friends! PS, I recommend trying the "Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds", they are dangerously delicious.”

“I have lived in Victoria, BC, for 6 years now, and I've never been able to really find a good african market store in my area. After going to Vancouver on a trip, I decided to stop by this store to see the inventory in person. This place has everything I would expect and more. The woman who helped me was awesome and knowledgeable. I found the curry and chicken powders I haven't been able to find in Victoria. I will definitely be returning to this shop as I feel confident I will be able to make Jollof rice and curry dishes with the proper ingredients from this store. The stock in this store is perfect for all the dishes I want to make”

“Grocery shopping in another country is always interesting. Many things are the same and many things are different. As grocery stores go, this Safeway is similar to others I have been to in the US. Produce, frozen, deli, bakery.I picked up a can of baked beans. Yes, these are different. I've not seen "British-style" beans in Charlotte so this would be an interesting and portable thing I can bring home from British Columbia. (They're bigger beans than the Bush's beans I'm used to.
