“This store and market is a hidden gem! I have been a customer for well over 30 years and I can honestly say I have never had anything but a great experience. Today was no exception as I called at approximately 9 AM to have flowers delivered for my sisters birthday and by 11 AM I had received confirmation in writing that the flowers were delivered successfully. Much appreciated!”

“We're relatively new residents to North Vancouver and you're our neighbourhood grocery store. I was looking for a specific beverage product today but wasn't sure which flavours to get for the dinner party I was hosting tonight. I was already a bit frazzled with getting ingredients for 2 new recipes.
I really appreciated Sheryl's (Assistant SM I think) care and attention; she offered me a sample of the product I was unsure about. ? It made my day. I bought them and the drinks were also a hit!”
“We needed this store here. There are very few local shopping choices and having this service offered is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. I often go in to browse the latest deals and am seldom disappointed. As with all M&M's the pricing is high (otherwise definite 5 star) but they offer ever changing flyer gems (great deals) every week that are well worth the trip. The young ladies who work there are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and easy to navigate. It seems also like they are coming up with new convenience products that are innovative and useful for food preparation and presentation. I like it!”
“The best staff work here. So friendly and welcoming. Very very helpful. I have to mention Alex who always is the first one wanting to help and knows if something is in or not. She GENUINELY cares about every customer that comes in and their needs. She is so friendly and has such a positive warm personality. Fatema at checkout is also so happy and welcoming, she is so lovely to talk to leaving the store and makes you leave with a smile. Leika Is another one at checkout just so nice to engage with.
There are so many more staff I haven’t mentioned, but you leave grocery shopping with such good energy. Such special people working there make getting groceries an experience that you didn’t know you could have walking into a grocery store.
Absolutely look forward to going in to get groceries every week with such amazing people.”
“Great quality food and excellent pharmacy staff. The only bad review I have is for their sushi next to the deli counter. They give you a smidgen of wasabi in every package You have to ask for extra because they're so cheap about it. I gave it one more try for sushi today and it just didn't cut it very disappointed in the sushi but very nice people.”

“It was crazy busy today (everyone stocking up before the re-start of school? Not enough cashiers ? Not sure why); but a huge shout-out to Supreet (Till 7), whose line was going faster than anyone else’s! I could see the other cashiers working hard too, and was pleased to find that I really didn’t have to wait all that long, despite the really long lines. Superstore is a bit of a drive for me but they have items that I can’t get elsewhere (like C’ai Pow Yu- braised gluten in a can- great for vegan meals and cheap). Thanks, Superstore people!”
