“I needed my knife sharpened and thought I had to leave it over night, but they were able to sharpen my Japanese knife in 10 minutes. The staff are all super friendly and the guy who sharpened my knife did an amazing job! I can cut tomatoes like butter :D Will for sure be back for my next sharpening!”

“I had a very disappointing experience. The cabinets looked good in photos, but the actual quality was below expectations. The finish had visible flaws, and some doors were slightly misaligned. Communication was slow, and updates were rarely provided unless I followed up multiple times.”

“Extremely happy with Instyle Cabinet for the supply and install of new custom cabinets for the remodel of my bar, laundry and linen. I would immediately work with them again for any future cabinet work!
The end results are beautiful - doors are perfectly aligned, cabinets are level, plumb and square despite the uneven/sloped floor of my basement. The entire process throughout quoting, sale, measurement, conceptualization, material selection and install was top notch. Showroom has samples and palettes of all their available materials for one to custom choose as one pleases. I was welcome to bring various samples back with me, and where large samples were not available, they were brought in for me.

“I like their products I have purchased from them a couple of times previous to this experience I walked in to order a black trim shower door. I showed them the one I wanted and I said I want this one in black. We went to the ladies desk and she pulled up the order Skews and I reminded her I wanted the black one. Somehow she entered the chrome one and after she was about to print the paperwork I couldn’t. I asked her to confirm that it was the black one and she said yes, and when I got to the warehouse with the paperwork, I asked the guy in the warehouse if this was in fact, the black one and he said yes today is supposed to be installation day but instead of installing and completing this job on time, I now have to spend an hour and a half driving to Richmond to exchange it now the job won’t get completed today four times I mentioned I wanted the black One and four times they told me that the one I was picking up was black. This is a very disappointing experience. All in all this company is very good and they carry some amazing beautiful products ill be more diligent in confirming the produsts i wish to purchase in each future visit”

“In the age of online, instantaneous shopping, good customer service stands out more than ever. I purchased a flipper from here a few months ago, and it broke. I took it back and the product was out of stock so they took my info for a replacement. After a few weeks I checked in and they were able to provide me with an equivalent product, no questions asked! When the product went back in stock they reached out personally to let me know to come check it out. Their care for me as a customer shone through in a way I haven’t really experienced as a consumer before. This felt like a family member taking care of their own. I will be back.”

“Love this store. Great selection of gifts. Been here for Christmas shopping in the last few years. The staff that helped me, Naomi, was super patient with me.
Currently there’s construction in that area, so parking is a bit of a nightmare. Be prepared to walk a distance to get there. They said it should be resolved by next week though.
Side note: if their products are on sale of any sort, they will charge $5 for the small boxes and $10 for the big as someone else mentioned in their review. Their choice of wrapping paper this year (2025) is lacking.”
“I had called Chris in June to inquire on several pieces of China and silver but due to my schedule I only met her in October …. I had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for my China and her husband Bob for my silver. They were both professional, friendly and they knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them both if you are looking at selling any China and silver…in addition, I felt they were fair with their pricing. 5 star rating for sure!!”

Huge gratitude to Arlie and her Cornerstone Kitchens for translating our vision to a reality and our beautiful new kitchen. The space was transformed into a bright, efficient and glorious home hub. We are so grateful, especially for you’re patience and flexibility with all our indecisiveness, picky detailing and never ending questions. Your skill, knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism took the stress out of the most important part of our Reno, and ultimately kept Paul and I married. You have also such a wonderful partnership with BackBone who built the cabinets. Such a fab team! Much around the kitchen still needs completion, so pics would not do justice right now.
