“This store is specialty store in North Vancouver and a true jewel. This place brings up all the pleasure of shopping in the place rather than online. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. By looking at your feet they will know what brand and style will work for you. They have a great selection, colour and the brands are simply the best. The parking can be a bit of an issue but you can certainly walk if you get shoes from there! LOL.”

“I went to Mark’s today looking for a Carhartt vest, and Ava was honestly kind and helpful. I called her while she was busy organizing clothes, but she still took the time to answer me with a warm attitude. She made me feel comfortable asking my question, and that little kindness really stood out.
Sometimes when you ask questions in stores, some employees make you feel like you’re bothering them but Ava showed what great customer service really looks like and I’m sure this warmth comes from being raised in a rich and beautiful culture.
