990 Old Victoria Road, NanaimoMy 7 year old Dottie is a very nervous girl. She was not feeling well and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr Harrison was so wonderful. She gave Dottie all the patience and time she needed in order to get the lab samples (involving four fine needle aspirations) to check into Dottie’s symptoms. The staff were all lovely as well, and patient when it took a while to get her on the scale to weigh her. Just very grateful.

Menu was extensive. Food came out of kitchen piping hot - no premade combos here. Everything was fresh, delicious and authentic.
It was so good, that I grabbed a bahn mi to go for later.

Top Notch Burgers
70 Church Street Unit 2, NanaimoI like this restaurant and have tried their food many times. The food is good, but unfortunately, the service really needs improvement.
The young lady who was serving us was quite rude and inattentive. I had to get up three times just to ask about my order and eventually to get the cheque, while she was standing around talking instead of checking on customers.
What bothered me the most was that as I was leaving, she spoke loudly behind my back, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. It honestly gave me the impression that she doesn't care about the customers or the reputation of the business.
I enjoy the food here, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope management addresses the service issue because good food deserves much better customer service.
