I’ve always had positive experiences here. The staff may not be overly cheerful or greet you with big smiles, but they genuinely take the time to help and make sure your issue is resolved.
Recently, I ran into a problem that was actually caused by my own lack of understanding. The staff invited the branch manager to assist me. She patiently explained everything, helped me understand what had happened, and even arranged for the money that had been charged due to my mistake to be refunded. I really appreciated her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help.
In my opinion, this branch provides solid customer service. If they added a warmer atmosphere and smiled a little more, I believe they would absolutely deserve a much higher rating.”
