Crazy, I know, but this shop did a great job and realised that I needed a few more parts to properly update the car to current specifications; and Victor booked a return visit where they finished up the work, doing even more than originally expected while I waited. Amazing in this day and age when bad service is almost de rigueur!”

“Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for fluid replacement and was impressed with their customer service.
They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...
They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.
Recommend for car repair or autobody work, and will definitely be back.”

“Had my rim repaired and got my wheel alignment done. Very happy with the service and result. My car now drives better than before I dropped it off. Apparently my wheel alignment was off and it was difficult to control because of that.
The process to book was smooth & easy. Just need to book a consultation appointment, have it checked out, then book an appointment to drop off the car & have it fixed. I was able to get my car back the same week I had it dropped off. But that’s gonna vary depending on the work(s) required, so don’t quote me on that! They asked if I required a loaner’s car(covered by ICBC) while my car is getting fixed. The guy from enterprise picked me up from the shop and I was able to get my car from there.
Came back to my car all detailed, it’s as fresh as new ? I’ve attached photos of how clean they look.
Overall, would highly recommend Open Road Richmond Auto Body. Very friendly & helpful receptionists and mechanic.”
