“I was absolutely blown away by the service from the store manager, G. Even during a busy rush, he prioritized everyone equally and made sure every customer felt taken care of - all while multitasking a million things at once. The atmosphere walking in was warm and welcoming. I originally came in just to browse, but G convinced me to try something on… and one thing led to another. I ended up leaving with three polos and spending a couple hundred dollars — and honestly, no regrets!

“It seems the rebrand of Abercrombie was made with 30 year olds in mind, those who grew up with AF back in the day, and I'm here for it. This was one of the only stores where I could find nice jeans that have stretch! My only issue is that the prices here just aren't great. The sweatshirts are higher than Aritzia prices for no reason, they are of equal quality if not even a bit less.”

“I stopped by the Uniqulo in Richmond yesterday and had a great experience that I wanted to share. I bought 3 crew neck sweaters in different colors but XS size is only available online. A staff named Momoka was so patient to assist me with the entire purchase from downloading the Uniqlo app, setting up the account, completing the transaction. The staff was very caring and patient.
