“I would just like to acknowledge that the staff there at Richmond Jysk went above and beyond their duty! This past Tuesday my 94 year dad while shopping in the store left his cane behind (which has sentimental value as it belonged to his dad), I called and returned to the store to try to find it. Fifi at the cash that day looked for me AND when the cane finally did turn up in a shopping cart promptly called me! We returned to the store immediately where it was waiting for us. “This is very decent store. We bought some furnitures around 12 years ago.
We had a very nice tour today with the sales Pat, a very diligent staff. The furnitres are in well sleek and sophisticated design, though a little bit pricey for the some goog. See pictures.

“My partner and I visited Sleep Country around 7:00 PM on February 12th, and we had an excellent first-time mattress shopping experience. As first-time buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Max made the process comfortable and stress-free from the start.
He greeted us warmly and gave us space to walk around the showroom and test different mattresses at our own pace. After giving us time to explore, he checked in thoughtfully and asked how he could help. When we explained that this was our first time purchasing a mattress, he took the time to walk us through the different firmness levels, price ranges, and sleep options available.
What stood out most was that we never felt rushed or pressured. Max encouraged us to lie down and properly test each mattress so we could feel the difference in support and comfort. His knowledge about mattress types, firmness preferences, and pricing made it much easier to narrow down our decision.
Overall, the customer service at Sleep Country was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable sleep expert and a relaxed, no-pressure mattress shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Max~”

Word of advice, if you are exchanging a mattress, DO NOT DO WHAT I DID. Bring the paper work to the shop first, then get the exchange order. You will then have to go to their warehouse on Nelson Rd. Sleep Country should have been clear on this in my opinion but that's not this store's fault.”
“Omni Office Furniture is one amazing business . Firstly thier showroom is neatly organized with a good stock . Their prices are much lower than any other office furniture business around . Also thier assembly cost is much lower and thier delivery charge is the lowest around . I was lucky enough to deal with Sudonna the customer service rep . She was so vey helpful , explaining the differences in the different type of chairs I was interested in. She was very knowledgable , freindly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the business . High quality office furiture at very reasonable prices . Only $10.00 for assembly ! And the lowest delivery charge I have ever heard . In fact Sudonna replied to my email request so quickly and was the only reply I got from any business I wrote to . This place is so amazing , I will never go to any other office furniture business , if and when I need any thing else I wil go directly to Omni . “The line for food was extremely long. When you’re hungry and have to wait 30–40 minutes, it gets very frustrating. The service was just okay: staff smiled only occasionally, and it was clear they were tired of dealing with customers. That’s disappointing, because after such a long wait you expect at least a bit more friendliness — but for the staff it’s just another shift.
Maybe I came at the wrong time (it was Saturday, very crowded), but the huge lines and the indifference from the employees didn’t help the experience. The food itself was tasty — no complaints there. And yes, I understand it’s a furniture store, not a full-service restaurant. Still, in other similar stores the service and speed are noticeably better.
In my opinion, improving queue management and customer service would make a big difference, because the potential is definitely there.”

The order ('Bio-Soy pillow'), was placed online, via the website of a local Branch of Sleep Country, on a Monday -- advised Tuesday, by 'Sleep Country Warehouse, Richmond, BC' (address above), that package had been delivered to FedEx, Richmond -- advised by FedEx that my parcel had been received, and would be delivered Wednesday -- received delivery of parcel early Wednesday afternoon. Parcel 'tracking' was provided by both of the companies involved, was appreciated, and worked well. I was happy, and impressed with the quality of service received from each of the companies involved with this purchase.”
