“I bought a Cause We Care pearl bracelet as a Christmas gift, but it ended up being too small. I went back to the Richmond location expecting just to do a return, and Anastasia immediately told me they could add a couple more pearls instead. She was so friendly, helpful, and efficient right from the start.
Because of how easy and comfortable she made everything, my partner and I ended up browsing — and leaving with more than we planned (in the best way). I picked up a pair of everyday earrings, and my partner found a necklace he loved, but it was a bit too long. There wasn’t a length we liked on display, and Anastasia offered to remove the 2-inch extender on the spot. She made it absolutely perfect.
What was supposed to be a quick return turned into such a great experience. The service was genuinely thoughtful, huge thank you to Anastasia for making it such a smooth, positive visit — we’ll definitely be back.”

However, where the store stands out compared to all the others is Richard. Richard went above and beyond to ensure I would receive my gold wedding band before my flight to Japan for my wedding. Even when it seemed like it may arrive a day or two late he was able to get it to me because he cared and knew how important it was.
I was in the market for a new watch and that was where Richard's knowledge and insight along with his superior customer service really shined. He was able to explain each watch that I viewed and tried on, even making some recommendations and reminded me there is no pressure to buy.
It's safe to say Ann-Louise Jewellers has a life long customer because of Richard.
