Mercedes was very helpful in trying to find me a size of boot that was sold out everywhere. She took the time and effort to check other store locations and managed to find me a size. Thank you again for all your help

No customer service whatsoever. There were 5 workers just chatting together and when I asked for help they were unpleasant. Definitely not going back to that location.
