I’m from Edmonton and called this store in search of a specific bag. Lo and behold, they had it and I wanted it shipped. Daniel Vence helped me from start to finish. Super patient, communicative, and efficient. Thanks Daniel for all your help and packing the bag carefully.

There were three staff members available, but instead of assisting customers, they were all standing near the entrance acting like hosts. It was frustrating to see no one actively helping inside the store. A more customer-focused approach would really improve the shopping experience.
