“After months of trying to diagnose an over heating issue on my 2016 Prius, these guys were the ones who figured it out. They repaired it quickly and didn't overcharge. In fact, they quoted me for 3 hours of labor but ended up getting it done sooner so they charged me less!”
“Gas prices in the evening are lower then most. Also, you need to hit up the hotdog stand. Best Hotdogs I've Ever Had!!! Don't ever lose those 2 ladies they are amazing!”

“A convenient location with very friendly, neighbourly service however it looks old and worn. The garage bays are not used as they no longer service vehicles here, just pumping gas and propane.”

“Had an amazing smokie at the food stand .Super clean friendly people .Very professional .They are very different to the previous guy but I liked their smokie better. Amazing selection of condiments .They put the condiments on for you .I didn't like that at first but after the hot dog guy explained why ! I was good with it. Seems some people are not very hygienic and cross contaminate everything .Eww! After thinking about some of the things I've seen at all you can eat and self serve salad bars as well as the bulk bins at the grocery store .I was glad . I asked about the small dog? Seems that there is a huge demand for those because of small children the elderly and those on diets that just want a couple of bites. The Top dog :)told me that he uses a premium quality product and it's what his customers demand .Enough said .As for the jumbo dog ,neither I nor the hotdog guy prefer it .But it seems it's what his customers overwhelmingly ask for. Thats why I'm a smokie man :) As to Costco ? They sell hella hotdogs and I don't think we will need to throw them a fundraiser anytime soon? I found the previous smokie product to be to fatty and of lesser quality. The new people are very friendly and will bend over backwards to please you .It seems the reason they can serve so quickly is because they use a steamer to bring the products up to heat and keep them moist. I read the previous review and you know what they say about opinions ? He is entitled to his and now you've heard mine. Please decide for yourself . P .S you can tell I'm a loyal customer of the New Guy " HOT DOG HILL " I follow them on Facebook . Bon Appetit”
“GURLEEN is the best Customer service Representative ! i had ever seen on any gas station !Went a step ahead in just taking payments and getting go customers.She Informed me about journey card deals which i almost lost.Services matters more than products!”
“I've stopped here a couple of times to get gas at the pump. Unlike so many other Esso stations, the pump I used actually had receipt paper. That's a win for me because 9 times out of 10 the pumps I use don't! I didn't go inside so I can't speak to the level of customer service, cleanliness or product availability inside.”

“The convenience store here is top notch. I was driving home one day when suddenly, I had the urge to poop. The McDonalds across the street seemed like the most obvious place for me to visit as they claim to be 24 hours (this was around 10:15 P.M.). The staff here are horrible people and I would absolutely boycott this location as they do not deserve anyone’s business. As I’ve mentioned before on a previous review, the McDonalds is a nasty place. Anyways, the McDonald’s staff looked at me, smiled, and chuckled as I knocked on the doors desperately so as a last mesure, I went to this gas station. At first the worker refused me as it was pretty late, but I explained my predicament. He understood quickly and let me in to the bathroom. I will be forever grateful for his service.”

“I've been coming here for 3 years.
This place has amazing snacks but the people who work here are zombies. They barely say two words to you. I come in smiling I Say hello and most times I'll try to exchange pleasantries; "hello how are you today." - "hey how you doing." - "how's your day." and my attempts are always met with silent condescending stares. I'll keep coming back for the snacks but I hate interacting with the cashier's at this location.

The service here has gotten better. Today I went in to get a few snacks and I was greeted with a smile and a polite "hello" exchanged a few pleasantries and didn't leave feeling annoyed.
Makes me a lot happier about visiting here for my snacks.”

“I bought 2 years ago propane tank bottle from Home Depot. I try to fill up gas station hear guy who work their he told me your bottle is expired 2021 we not fill up or u buy new around 80$ we have new one. I tell him leave it I go somewhere else .after I go other store he fill up for me I ask him is expire he said no you’re bottle expire 2031 because date on bottle 2021 after 10 years”
“Very friendly folks. They refilled my propane tanks very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I paid $22.75 + PST/GST per tank. Comparatively, their competitor up the road (Petro-Can) Won't even tell you over the phone what they charge to exchange a propane tank.”

“This is an extremely busy Esso Station. I have to hand it to the workers for the patience that they have dealing with customers. They have an in store take - out Tim Hortons as well as the Drive thru and a car wash / gas station . Needless to say it gets busy. It is also a very transient area with the Guildford Mall across the street and Hwy 1 just a few blocks down the road..I took 1 star off for the fact that it is difficult at times to get parking . It is also not the easiest place to navigate getting back onto the road and getting into traffic, at times it can be a little tricky. As you only have a couple of options as it is on the corner of 152 and 104. The staff for the most part are polite and try to be as helpful as possible amongst what at times can feel like a mad house.”
