It’s such a clean place with great equipment and most importantly the founder Andrea is super nice. She’s never once failed to say hello or good bye when I’m there. Panda values community and whether you’re looking for a hard workout, banter, laughter or just beginning as I was, you will not be disappointed. The workouts are always different and personally challenging in their own way. She suggested I focus on strength 50 workouts

Over 4 months, With 2 to 3 of the strength ? classes per week, I am down 6lbs and body fat % has dropped from 25 to under 20

“The boxing classes Karan teaches are great. They cater to each skill level whether that be someone that wants to learn basic self defence, or someone much more advanced who wants to learn the details. Joining a boxing gym can be intimidating, however, Karan is a great personal trainer who is very welcoming and generous.”

“Rise is first an amazing Crossfit Gym but very near second an AMAZING community of people. The members are all very supportive. The owner Carrie is one of the most kind hearted people with a smile on her face that always makes you want to come back but also pushes you enough to realize all the boundaries you thought you had were just in your head! The other coaches are very professional and patient with newbies like me and that's saying a lot. There are a lot of movements that take time invested to perfect. Everyone is made to feel welcome no matter your skill level and even if you don't think CrossFit style workouts are for you then you also have sweat classes with are more geared towards boot camp styles and damn do they make you sweat! I've tried multiple ways to get fit from regular gyms, running, YouTube workouts at home, hiking multiple times a week and more and so far this has been the one that I have loved the most and I don't think it would have been this way if it were another gym. “Awesome fitness gym really old school it's got the smaller type bars that fit in your hands amazingly you're stronger and it hits the belly of the muscle better than the fat ones are making now that work mostly a forearms in your grip strength I hate new school love old school yeah it's not crowded tons of machinery tons of machines tons of weights up to 150 lb dumbbells and clean everything is cool there man people are nice if you ever want to get a killer workout come to optimal fitness it's the best gym in the city by far I actually come all the way from freaking downtown”

“I attended this clinic and had a remarkable experience with Jayden Grewal (kinesiologist). For what I am dealing with I require someone with extensive knowledge and expertise and Jayden had the experience needed. It was a state of the art of facility and I was impressed with how quiet and clean it was. Both owners constantly were out on the floor greeting members which was great. I would highly recommend Jayden if you’re looking for a kinesiologist.”
