This team is incredible! We recently misplaced our sales tax refund cheque, (no fault of the store) and they jumped right in to solve our problem.
They quickly confirmed it hadn't been cashed and had everything ready for me to pick up the next day.
It is so refreshing to get real service from local people who genuinely care about their customers. You just don't get this kind of attention from a chain store.
