“The people make the difference.We requested a service for our Regency gas fireplace. Because of a staff shortage, we were sent not a service person but two very polite gentlemen who explained they were actually installers, filling in for the lack of a service person. They were not only polite, they knew their product very well. They were thorough, detailed, and explained very clearly what the problem was (nothing to do with the fireplace, but my lack of understanding of how to use the remote). My wife and I are happy, satisfied with the visit, and now, warm as toast.The people make all the difference.”

“Sept/2023 - Earlier this year, b/f summer, I thought a summer weight silk duvet which I loved. As soon as the winter silk duvets appeared on line, I bought a silk winter duvet. Love it! ❣️May/2023 I've been a customer here for 20 years and bought a range of bedding. This month I bought bamboo sleep wear - different styles - all in black. Loved each style so much I duplicated the purchases online. My favourite is the Black Bamboo Lace Nightie. Sleepwear fits as sized (my size is Small) with the exception of the robe. The robe is sized Small to Medium which, on me, was large. Debated how to handle and finally (against all labelled directions) put it in the washing machine and dryer on Permanent Press several times, each time letting it dry longer and using a hotter permanent press setting. Succeeded in shrinking the robe to size Small and the housecoats are no worse for the experience. They look terrific. The housecoat pockets are very poorly designed - they're bordered by a satin-like fabric which is lovely, but the pockets themselves are on a diagonal so they gape open which reflects the poor design. To overcome this, I slip-stitched the pockets closed by hand and this solved the issue. I have no pockets now, but who needs pockets in a housecoat? The nighties are all a perfect fit. I bought several in the store, then 3 more online, and then 3 more online again. The nighties I'll put through the washer on Delicate and hang to dry b/c they fit extremely well. Great purchases - the housecoat needs a re-design. Great staff as always.”
