“After visiting so many stores in Surrey's Payal Business Centre, we were honestly losing hope. We were looking for a pastel-colored outfit that was elegant, unique, and perfect for my sister to wear at my wedding. We couldn't find anything that felt right anywhere else.
Then we walked into this store, and the experience was completely different. Their collection was beautiful, with so many unique and classy designs. We found the perfect wedding outfit for my sister, and she absolutely loves it!
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and soft-spoken. They never rushed us and genuinely helped us find the right outfit. When I mentioned that it was my wedding, they even surprised me with a beautiful bridal chura box, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also have a jewelry store right next to their clothing store, where we found the most gorgeous pair of earrings for my sister. To make them match her outfit perfectly, they even offered to change the pearls on the earrings for us. That level of attention to detail and willingness to help is something you don't see very often.
Thank you for making this such a memorable shopping experience. From the beautiful collection to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. I would happily recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding outfits and jewelry. 10/10!”

They deliver in a timely manner, customized anything and everything I wanted and have in house tailors to support with alterations. Pooja was super helpful with not only bringing my vision to life but also providing her own creative expertise! Honestly, the entire team was such a pleasure to work with - Aman was great to help with the guys and Jassi aunty was super friendly and also very helpful!! They provided much more than just the basic client care you'd expect as a bride - I had asked them where I could find choora covers and they went one step beyond to make me them just in time! So, if you're looking for a one stop shop to help you with literally any outfits definitely come to Frontier!!! I got all of my bridal outfits except one from them and got the best compliments!”
“Fainted here today, definitely wasn’t on my bucket list to faint in 2026 but if i had to pick a place i guess it would be Hot Topic. All jokes aside, the staff here made me feel so safe and comfortable even when i fainted in the store. This store has the nicest Workers and management in any store in the entire world everytime i want to shop i come specially to guilford because of the kind staff at hot topic. best workers + best management and great store 1000% would recommend shopping here don’t faint like me though. seriously turned the scariest nightmare moment ever into a calming caring situation. thank you all and much love thank you for treating me like i’m human 🥺🫶”

I had picked up an online order from another location and tried the items on before leaving. As three of the items weren’t suitable I immediately returned them so they were processed as a cancellation instead of a return.
Unfortunately I had not realized the store accidentally cancelled the wrong item and when I went to later go return the remaining items at the Guildford location there was a bit of a confusing mess to clean up.
Sab was friendly and patient and got it sorted out and also price matched the new items I was purchasing.

“Shout out to Krizia for her help in finding the right size and assisting with pricing. I find the pricing strategy to be quite confusing. One can never be sure which part of a table is 30% off and which part is regular price. Such pricing should be illegal. Consumers deserve honest pricing. If it wasn't for Krizia, we would have walked out. If Old Navy insists on such pricing tricks, at the very least they should have a self check price machine around the store. All in all, 5 stars for Krizia, 1 star for Old Navy.”
