“After visiting so many stores in Surrey's Payal Business Centre, we were honestly losing hope. We were looking for a pastel-colored outfit that was elegant, unique, and perfect for my sister to wear at my wedding. We couldn't find anything that felt right anywhere else.
Then we walked into this store, and the experience was completely different. Their collection was beautiful, with so many unique and classy designs. We found the perfect wedding outfit for my sister, and she absolutely loves it!
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and soft-spoken. They never rushed us and genuinely helped us find the right outfit. When I mentioned that it was my wedding, they even surprised me with a beautiful bridal chura box, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also have a jewelry store right next to their clothing store, where we found the most gorgeous pair of earrings for my sister. To make them match her outfit perfectly, they even offered to change the pearls on the earrings for us. That level of attention to detail and willingness to help is something you don't see very often.
Thank you for making this such a memorable shopping experience. From the beautiful collection to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. I would happily recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding outfits and jewelry. 10/10!”

“Honestly, the No. 1 shop in all of Surrey! The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The prices are very genuine and reasonable, especially considering the amazing quality of the clothes.
The collection is beautiful, the clothes are high-quality, and you can really see the care they put into their products and customer service. I had such a wonderful shopping experience and felt very comfortable and respected throughout.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Kamal aunty - who went above and beyond to make sure I had the best fits! They deliver in a timely manner, customized anything and everything I wanted and have in house tailors to support with alterations. Pooja was super helpful with not only bringing my vision to life but also providing her own creative expertise! Honestly, the entire team was such a pleasure to work with - Aman was great to help with the guys and Jassi aunty was super friendly and also very helpful!! They provided much more than just the basic client care you'd expect as a bride - I had asked them where I could find choora covers and they went one step beyond to make me them just in time! So, if you're looking for a one stop shop to help you with literally any outfits definitely come to Frontier!!! I got all of my bridal outfits except one from them and got the best compliments!”
“Fainted here today, definitely wasn’t on my bucket list to faint in 2026 but if i had to pick a place i guess it would be Hot Topic. All jokes aside, the staff here made me feel so safe and comfortable even when i fainted in the store. This store has the nicest Workers and management in any store in the entire world everytime i want to shop i come specially to guilford because of the kind staff at hot topic. best workers + best management and great store 1000% would recommend shopping here don’t faint like me though. seriously turned the scariest nightmare moment ever into a calming caring situation. thank you all and much love thank you for treating me like i’m human 🥺🫶”

Friendly service, a bit hard to find inside mall as it's not centrally located. Saw them at our hotel's directory. Plenty of free parking.”

“I came here to shop for my mom today and didn't want to or expect to buy anything for myself (lol) but ended up walking away with a beautiful top.
I have to be honest, it was very expensive for 100% polyester ($255). But the blouse was so beautiful I knew I'd regret not getting it. I also appreciated the variety of wide leg denim and originality of the fabrics and designs.
The two Persian ladies working there were very kind and very helpful. They were patient and made lots of excellent recommendations which goes to show the staff know their clothing well.
The lady who assisted us was Marjan but I'm not certain of the name of the second lady.
Overall I'm very happy with the experience and look forward to returning.

“Shout out to Krizia for her help in finding the right size and assisting with pricing. I find the pricing strategy to be quite confusing. One can never be sure which part of a table is 30% off and which part is regular price. Such pricing should be illegal. Consumers deserve honest pricing. If it wasn't for Krizia, we would have walked out. If Old Navy insists on such pricing tricks, at the very least they should have a self check price machine around the store. All in all, 5 stars for Krizia, 1 star for Old Navy.”

“I want to give a shoutoit to Sab at the Guildford AE for providing amazing service.
I had picked up an online order from another location and tried the items on before leaving. As three of the items weren’t suitable I immediately returned them so they were processed as a cancellation instead of a return.
Unfortunately I had not realized the store accidentally cancelled the wrong item and when I went to later go return the remaining items at the Guildford location there was a bit of a confusing mess to clean up.
Sab was friendly and patient and got it sorted out and also price matched the new items I was purchasing.

She also ensured I had my alterations done well before the wedding. Her dedication to making her customers happy amazes me. “April 2026 - It was my first time back to Surrey Central after a long time so I wasn’t aware of this shop before (heads up…there’s a Sephora and a Winners in this mall too.) I came across this store near the bubble tea place. I was drawn in by the dress in the window that gave off an Anthropologie vibe. Inside I found a rack with many patterns of long midi dresses perfect for spring, and made of half poly and half cotton. I liked the elastic waist and neckline, and since they all seemed to be the same size I thought the elastic would help (I normally like a loose M or L.) They do have a fitting room (no drinks allowed inside) so there’s no reason not to try it on. The customer service was good, the sales women were nice and they also had a lot of beautiful frilly kid’s dresses. They also do exchanges if the item is in the original packaging and condition. I’ve since washed and dried (in the dryer low setting, low heat) and the dress looks even better now and with no wrinkles anymore. I’d recommend checking it out if you want a less expensive alternative to the $150-250 Anthro dresses as this one cost me $29.99. I’ve given the 4 star rating because the mall itself is not the greatest.”

The prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's pretty standard for plus-size clothing, so it's not unexpected. I especially love shopping when there's a sale because you can find some really great deals. They have a great selection, and it's one of the few places where I can reliably find clothes that fit well and make me feel good.”
