“This morning, I noticed that the left rear tire of the school bus was flat. I first went to a gas station, but although they had an air pump, the nozzle was not compatible with the tire valve on the school bus. I had no choice but to come here, and I was very satisfied with the result. They were very nice and inflated my tire for free. I am very appreciative of them and hope everything goes well for them!”

“I had extremely great service, I saw smoke/steam while driving and I called them and asked if they can check my vehicle, I talked to the store manager Joe and he was very helpful and told me to come in as soon as I can, anyway Norm was the assistant manager in charge and he did and awesome job telling me what was wrong and the vehicle was fixed once they got the parts, I also was given a ride and picked up while my vehicle was serviced, thank you for the wonderful customer service that I received today. I had a slow leaking tire that I kept procrastinating getting fixed. Finally booked an appointment online, and there were so many slots to choose from. Service was friendly and super fast! Once they were finished they explained why the leak was happening at the rim, and said they weren’t sure if the seal they used would last for 2 years or 2 weeks. Since they couldn’t guarantee the work, they said that it was free. No charge. I was totally amazed that they didn’t even charge for time/labour! I’ve always loved going to Kal Tire, and this was my first experience with this location. I will definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommend.”
“Went last month after finding a screw in my tire on Friday night. They fit me in first thing Saturday morning to repair the tire. Got me in right at 8am offered me coffèe and a waiting room as it was expected to take about 30-40 mins. Finished within the noted time. Service was great.”
“For my first seasonal tire exchange here, the experience was pleasant. I booked a 9AM appointment and they took my car in right on time. They mentioned it would take about 1.5 hours, but I actually got a message after just 1 hour that it was already done.
Paid $85 for swapping a non-Costco set of used tires that weren’t mounted on wheels. Overall, smooth and efficient service. Hoping the next exchange goes just as well.”
