Roberta sold me two pairs of Brooks last spring and I’ve loved them. For what my opinion is worth, they’re even better than Bondis. I don’t run, but I’m on my feet about 14hrs a day. I used to burn through a pair of shoes in maybe three months plus I had a wicked case of plantar faciitis. It’s true: you get what you pay for, plus you FEEL what you pay for.

“My recent experience was by far way better than the last time I was in that store. I swore that I would never go back after my dealings with the other staff and former manager but, a friend told me that she recently had a wonderful experience with the new manager Angie. So, I went in looking for some Birkenstocks and immediately asked if Angie was working. She was. She was working alone and was so helpful to me and the other customers in the store. She is friendly, energetic and seems to genuinely listen to what customers are telling her. While I was there, a man came in with his young daughter and had no idea what size shoes she needed. Angie was so helpful to him and his daughter. She asked the daughter some questions about what she liked, etc. She helped the little girl find the cutest little Blundstones I have ever seen. The father and daughter both left with smiles.
She handled probably 3 other customers all while helping me and never left me feeling forgotten even once. She would check on every single person and then come back to me to help me decide on which size and style of Birkenstocks would work for me. I ended up buying and loving my Arizona sandals. My husband is now wanting a pair of Arizona sandals so, we will absolutely be going to see Angie for them.”

“This location is by far much better than the Macarthur outlet in richmond. The staff are nicer and willing to answer questions. They have way more selection than the richmond oulet and what I bought there was also the same price as the one in richmond. With the same prices, but more selection and better customer service, this is definitely the location to go in my opinion.”
