Bought a set of vision cookware and one arrived scratched. Sent the photos to them and they sent a replacement after. I think because I bought right before new year so it took a while to receive the response but overall it was a good experience as everything was online. Will for sure shop there again.

This was great! I ordered a replacement bowl for my food processor. I got it and it was the wrong size ( my mistake) The customer service was good and they swapped it out for the right one and gave me a credit I went to the store to do this and I will for sure go back!
