“My first experience purchasing from Kerrisdale Lumber was an awesome one. I’ve been eyeing the Napoleon Cart Kettle Grill for a long time but just couldn’t justify paying $600 for a new one. Then, I saw that Kerrisdale Lumber was selling demo units of the grill for under $300; what an amazing deal. I spoke to probably 5 different people at this business over the phone and every single one of them had very good customer service skills. My one and only criticism about the business was that the online ordered process is relatively slow compared to other businesses, but, the awesome customer experience made up for that tenfold. I’ll be looking here first when I’m in the market for my next bbq.”

“Just want to say how great the customer service is here, I brought my cordless lawnmower in to have looked at as it would not start. They did take a few weeks to look at it and diagnose that the motor had a item that went and instead of having to wait an additional 10-12 weeks for the part the replaced it under warranty. Great people that understand when it comes to customer service.”

Once that Indian guy was not interested in to help me with finding the paint that I was looking for, luckily I talked to her before I leave and she helped with the best ability.
