“Kelly provided outstanding customer service. I brought in a house-brand pressure sprayer because I thought it was defective and was ready to return/exchange it. Instead of simply processing a return, Kelly patiently took the time to troubleshoot the sprayer with me, explained how it worked, and even helped me refill the tank with water to test it.

I wanted to avoid delivery that only brought the item to the front door and wanted in-unit delivery. Arlene was very patient and explained everything to me in helpful detail. She was able to provide me with the service I was hoping for that online did not offer. She was even kind enough to contact me when the item arrived to coordinate the in-unit delivery. Should I require any bigger purchases in the future, I will definitely seek out Arlene. Very exceptional customer service :)”

Sascha Duchodolski and Jeff Dos Santos are amazing. Both are caring caring and truly committed to find solutions to any problem. Examples of this include: looking into archives to find replacement parts for plumbing fixtures bought 12 years ago, calling suppliers to determine if items can be warrantied, looking to find plumbing solutions while working with architectural constraints.
Time and time again - the dedication and service has been 10/10.
