He answered every question I had for him, from the technical details of the fabrics to current fashion trends, and gave me the time I needed to decide on the details that were important to me. He provided amazing guidance along the way and we ended up with a suit that I feel confident wearing to my wedding. “I drove from Langley to Vancouver to hopefully get my felt cowboy hat reshaped. I had bought the hat a few years ago in Calgary and after a move from chilliwack to Langley that was damaged and the crown and brim were bent out of shape. I tried to get it fixed at the boot barn in the states but it still didn’t look right.
I’m happy to report after the guys at The Rockin Cowboy got their hands on it, the hat has never looked better. And they had the hat ready for me to pick up in time for the Zach Top concert.”

“Just had the absolute best shopping experience at Top Drawers in Vancouver thanks to Joseph! Hands-down the most helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind person I’ve ever dealt with in retail.
I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to refresh my entire underwear and loungewear drawer, and Joseph instantly put me at ease. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and within minutes had pulled together a perfect selection (great brands, flawless fits, and styles I didn’t even know I needed). Zero judgment, total patience, and he clearly knows the inventory inside-out. He even took the time to explain fabric differences and care tips without ever making it feel like a sales pitch.
It’s rare to leave a store feeling this taken care of and actually excited about the purchases. Joseph is a total gem—Top Drawers is lucky to have him, and I’m already telling all my friends to go see him specifically. Customer service like this deserves every one of these five stars and more! Had an absolutely fantastic visit to Private & Co. Perry and team were so welcoming and their service was top-tier. This is clearly a passion for them, they know their stuff and took the time to walk us through the backstory and fabric details of the brands without being pushy at all.
I ended up grabbing a very special pair of persimmon dyed Pure Blue Japan x Private & Co. (Black x Kakishibu) jeans. If you appreciate Japanese selvedge denim and other quality gear and you want to actually learn about what you're buying, this is the place!”
