“I’d like to share my great experience with one of the cashiers at Richmond store. The cashier was just lovely. She was super friendly and very helpful. Her smile is giving positive vibes to customers, with having a positive eye contact all the time. She patiently waited there to help until my third gift card was accepted for payment (I had no good experience in my last visit). I asked for her name to say thank you (I don't remember very well, sounds like Tamineh). I hope that this review will reach her. What a great customer experience! I will keep this store for my future shopping.”

“I love this Turkish brand. They have good quality jeans and stylish clothing.I usually get good service in this branch.Today a super nice girl helped me with my shopping. When I was paying for my items at the cashier, the cashier guy couldn’t understand her because of her accent and made a racist comment about her in a language we mutually spoke. I felt very bad and regret that I didn’t tell him that this behavior is unacceptable. I am giving five stars to the quality of products and the service that I usually receive not the racist behavior of that guy.”
