“An employee at this store was very helpful with a DHL shipment I was expecting from Gothenberg, Sweden. I had received notification that I needed to pay import duties but I didn't know how to do it, or where the package was being held. The employee check the system and told me the package was being held at the airport and gave me a contact number for DHL. Once I paid the duties, I returned to pick up the package and though I arrived a few minutes after closing time, the employee opened the door and gave me my package. Now I know the routine.”

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could.I was having trouble converting my file to PDF due to technical difficulties, and the gentlemen at the front desk kindly helped me convert the file at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, printing an A1 poster is half the price compared to Staples. As well, the standard poster paper is a high quality and sturdy matte finish material with great color vibrancy. The bang for the buck is outstanding.While we were fixing the file conversion issue, the gentlemen also took the time to give me a lot of graphic designing and software use advice. Thanks to him, I learned a lot of useful tricks in Photoshop.”
