“We ordered a pair of mens 14 Converse high tops, we couldn't find them anywhere in Edmonton. Ordered them Tuesday (July 22) and they were suppose to be here Tuesday (July 29). The were delivered today (Fri July 25)!! Shoes fit and I have a very happy 14 year old. Will definitely be ordering a 15 if/when he out grows the new ones.

I bought one this summer in NYC and when asking about where I could get another or buy supplies for them in Canada the store recommended this place. It was great, the two men at the store were so friendly, and provided great recommendations within my budget. They were so kind and it was lovely chatting with them. 10/10 recommend for anyone getting into fountain pens or for their other products.”
“They got a surprising selection of Red Wing boots available here. They went above and beyond when my receipt got ruined and couldn’t submit into my work. Super nice employees as well, being the young dude I am they were completely amazing in helping me get the proper boot size as I had to try on multiple pairs to find the right fit.
I have been buying my Redwing boots here since I was 17 with my first construction job and I honestly wouldn’t look anywhere else!!!!! Keep it up guys”

Right from the start, Miki was incredibly friendly and attentive, quickly understanding what I was looking for without me having to explain too much. She demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the various shoe brands and styles available, offering suggestions that perfectly matched my needs and preferences.Miki was patient as I had several follow up questions pertaining to various shoe brands. Miki went above and beyond to offer suggestions and assistance to ensure my shoe inquiries were met.What stood out the most was Miki's professionalism and customer-oriented attitude. “Return policy! You can return only eligible items, and even if it is eligible, you never get your money back, can only exchange. I would give less stars only for it, but do not want to get it mixed with the store rating. Used to like them for when you have to buy something not too expensive for an event or even for the office, but probably today was the last time shoppung with them.
First they don't except dress returns, and my dress arrived after event. Anyway, it is nice and I will just wear it for New Year.
But now one can not even retun jacket for example, only exchange it. Not that I do it often, but I like to have the freedom of giving smth back, if after trying it at home or with some accessories it doesn't fit in the end. Or when it arrives too late for the event (more than a week, though the website states 2 business days).”

“With none of the change rooms having mirrors sometimes I feel a little anxious about stepping out in front of people for the first look just incase it doesn’t look right. Robin who works at the Mayfair location made me feel so comfortable with stepping out to use the larger mirrors. She really is the best person for a job like this as she is so friendly and immediately makes it feel like a safe space!”
“I just had to leave a review! The other day (Friday September 22nd) I went into dynamite in Mayfair mall. I didn’t end up buying anything but I just had such a lovely experience I wanted to make sure I shared! I believe her name was Lucy, she was so nice & helpful trying her best to help me find exactly what I needed, was very personable, and made it such a pleasant shopping experience. Even though the items I tried were all “almost but not quite” I was just so happy with the experience I had in the store thanks to the lady that helped me :) (they had so much cute stuff too I was just hunting for specific items) I hope her managers see this because she really is doing a great job!”
