“We ordered a pair of mens 14 Converse high tops, we couldn't find them anywhere in Edmonton. Ordered them Tuesday (July 22) and they were suppose to be here Tuesday (July 29). The were delivered today (Fri July 25)!! Shoes fit and I have a very happy 14 year old. Will definitely be ordering a 15 if/when he out grows the new ones.

This place is selling Hokas like hotcakes during the job action. If you’re out there each day picketing on the pavement and your feet/knees/back hurt, then run - don’t walk - down to the Running Room. Hopefully they still have your size!”

“We go here every year for my daughters dance attire. The team is absolutely amazing. They are patience, helpful and very knowledgeable of the different dance wear. Someone came in after closing and they still helped them withiut even mentioning they were closed. I have seen them work past their hours to make sure everyone gets what they need a few times. After going to MEC and purchasing a pair there I walked into Mark's just to see if possibly there were a pair that was more affordable and more comfortable. I found a pair that were super comfy, waterproof and $90 cheaper. I walked right back to MEC and returned the others. Mark's is always on point! Great prices! Great variety ?”
“I’m a young student and went here today to buy a fountain pen. I bought one this summer in NYC and when asking about where I could get another or buy supplies for them in Canada the store recommended this place. It was great, the two men at the store were so friendly, and provided great recommendations within my budget. They were so kind and it was lovely chatting with them. 10/10 recommend for anyone getting into fountain pens or for their other products.”
“They got a surprising selection of Red Wing boots available here. They went above and beyond when my receipt got ruined and couldn’t submit into my work. Super nice employees as well, being the young dude I am they were completely amazing in helping me get the proper boot size as I had to try on multiple pairs to find the right fit.
I have been buying my Redwing boots here since I was 17 with my first construction job and I honestly wouldn’t look anywhere else!!!!! Keep it up guys”

“They always have everything I want to buy from them . So today my wife and I spent over 700 dollars. The guy at the register asked if I wanted a bay for 2 dollars. I replied not for 2 dollars I would like it free. He looked up at the ceiling and avoided eye contact. Tryed to enroll us in the triangle rewards Mastercard. We said no and still no free 2 dollar bag. I'm disappointed in this company policy. Over 700 dollars spent and we don't get a free bag. I almost canceled the purchase because of that lack of understanding. Seriously 2 dollars bag can't be written off? This made me very unhappy and if I can find my work shoes elsewhere I will go there simply because of that one simple thing. It is really sad when a company can't bend and give you (us) the consumer who just spent over 700 dollars a free bag. Not happy and I will be telling everyone.”
