“My dad was looking for specific shirt he bought it before from this store and he asked one of sales person do you have more this style of shirt right away sales person said no whatever we have in a store is on a floor .he got other stuff and at a checkout cashier ask anybody help you today? Did you find out anything you need? We continued browsing when a young wheelchair bound young woman came into the shop and we witnessed. “I came into the store in need of new pairs of jeans, and was unsure where to start looking with such a wide selection. Luckily, I spoke to Jake at the tailor shop who was clearly busy, but was happy to guide me in the right direction to a pair of jeans that was ideal for my build. His knowledge and enthusiasm led me to purchase a couple outfits because everything I was recommended looked really great on me. Clearly a knowledgeable staff that is also kind and personable. Worth the prices for not only quality clothing but quality service. Thanks Jake, I’m sure I’ll be back!”

“My old stomping ground. I had the pleasure of a visit back to my old stomping grounds in August. We went to Phoenix as I had done for years. Lynn and Ingrid were there. I bought a few pieces. If you haven’t been here you just drop in. You won’t be disappointed. Lynn is the owner and Ingrid is the store manager. You can have lunch at Earls next door first. The perfect spot!”

“I just got stuck in the change room for half an hour cause my shirt (rip) got super stuck in one of their zip-up skirts— and I tried to get it out myself for a bit until I admitted defeat and asked for help.At least three people came to help me get my shirt out, but managed to get it slightly out enough to snip out the end of my shirt— honestly, I was fine with that bit since it's easy to sew back-up/cover it up with bottoms.Anywho, they were really patient with my struggle, and we even laughed about it since it's a rather odd situation anyone can get themselves in. Thank you all who helped me out!”

“Old Navy sells stylish clothes of reasonable quality at great prices. It's a little frustrating that prices vary so much between store and online shopping (cheaper by far). Parking is fair, too many Amblesude Beach walkers clogging up the parking lots at South Park Royal. Something needs to be done about this, especially on sunny weekends. The staff at Old Navy are incredibly helpful and kind. Love this store!”

“I came in on a cold Sunday morning to return the pants I got online (can ATHLETA start carrying petite inseam lengths in store please?) and was instantly greeted by Iris. She was so friendly and helpful and didn’t give me any hassle for returning two pairs of pants. She was wonderful and the store was immaculately organized and clean!”
