“Not my first time shopping at Maska but this time was different with Marmar. She was absolutely wonderful — giving honest advice, helping me find the right pieces, and never being pushy. What meant the most to me this time was the human connection. As a fellow Persian, going through all what’s going on back home, she kindly asked how I’m holding up and if my family was okay back home. That genuine empathy and connection meant so much to me. It felt less like a sales interaction and more like being helped by someone who truly cared. That warmth made my visit special, and it’s exactly the kind of customer service that deserves recognition.

I went in with my mom looking for a last-minute outfit and arrived close to closing after getting off work, yet we were welcomed so warmly. “Shima, the manager gave me excellent service today. I had recently purchased two pairs of pants over a month ago ;one regular length and one long. I didn’t realize that both pairs were not regular length pants. I called and spoke with Micheal who tried to help me and was given the wrong information as to what they could do to help me. I showed up at the store feeling angry and frustrated. Shima took over and refunded me for the full two pairs. She let me keep the pair of pants for the major inconvenience and for the incorrect information given to me. Both managers were very apologetic and I left feeling satisfied with the outcome. Shima did superb job in rectifying the situation. I also give thanks to Micheal who originally tried to help.”

“Great service. They had a sign on the door that they were having system issues but Iris was quick to let me know they had a way to work around the problem and process any purchases. Everyone in the store was very upbeat and a definite “can do” attitude. Love the new cornflower blue!”
