“I have been using this AMAZING service for at least 5 years especially shipping to the US for my e-commerce business where all my packages have been delivered on time according to the service selected. I just wish I started using them much earlier as they would have saved me even more money. They also have excellent customer service as the few times I had a concern they listened, genuinely cared and even made a recent improvement based on a suggestion of mine! In terms of their rates they are always saving me money passing on their great rates even within Canada.
I'm not sure where these recent negative reviews are coming from but it was disappointing to read. This prompted me to finally write my review as I have been meaning to for the longest time.
I have always experienced nothing but positive experiences. I highly recommend Chit Chat who have saved me so much money and time. I am always referring strangers I meet in a lineup or see lining up at Canada Post! Thank you to the always helpful and friendly staff in Vancouver ie: Alex, Rachel, Ray and Oliver in Richmond. I can't forget Joanna in ON; all so AMAZING going above and beyond ?”

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could.I was having trouble converting my file to PDF due to technical difficulties, and the gentlemen at the front desk kindly helped me convert the file at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, printing an A1 poster is half the price compared to Staples. As well, the standard poster paper is a high quality and sturdy matte finish material with great color vibrancy. The bang for the buck is outstanding.While we were fixing the file conversion issue, the gentlemen also took the time to give me a lot of graphic designing and software use advice. Thanks to him, I learned a lot of useful tricks in Photoshop.”

This is because it is by far the best location around the neighbourhood. Restricted hours are not a problem with me, but I understand how that can be irritating for some. “An employee at this store was very helpful with a DHL shipment I was expecting from Gothenberg, Sweden. I had received notification that I needed to pay import duties but I didn't know how to do it, or where the package was being held. The employee check the system and told me the package was being held at the airport and gave me a contact number for DHL. Once I paid the duties, I returned to pick up the package and though I arrived a few minutes after closing time, the employee opened the door and gave me my package. Now I know the routine.”
