“I had an amazing experience at London Drugs! I actually forgot his name at first, but I remembered he wears a turban.He helped me so much with items and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He even helped carry out items for my mother the other day, which was so kind of him.
He got such big smile and such a positive attitude. He suggested great options, and grabbed new chairs from the back, and made sure we had everything we needed with full knowledge and care. — such a respectful, helpful, and hardworking Truly one of the best employees at London Drugs! “Great prices wouldn't shop anywhere else they are hands down the most reasonably priced store for all your phone cases, laptop cases and screen protectors.
If they don't have it in stock you can leave your phone number and they call you when it comes in.
They might want to have some kind of reminder when the one you are waiting for comes in like maybe a notification on their computer to remind them to call people. Just a suggestion other than that it's a great place. I have been using them for around 6 or more years.”

“I went in for the first time today and I called before going because of the reviews that mentioned you might need a membership or that the employees are rude. That simply wasn’t my experience… Very polite and accommodating on the phone and confirmed that reviews stating otherwise are dishonest. No “membership” is required and I can say with certainty the staff were very respectful and helpful with all of my questions to purchase a device I needed. The expertise they provided made me feel confident in my choice because they have so many options!!
They did confirm my purchase would be a final sale but that if there were any issues they will absolutely warranty all items or exchange if needed; which is fair when you think about it otherwise people will purchase an item for short time use only to return (which isn’t sustainable for a normal business so I understand)
I am actually thrilled with my purchase and am happy to report the app the store recommended to use with the device is FREE. The device I bought came with a built in SD card you can manually erase on the app as needed. I am honestly very happy to report I will be a long term customer and will recommend this location to my colleagues, friends and family.”

“My partner and i went into to the store last night to look at gaming consoles for Christmas gift ideas for our little guy. We were in the aisle exploring the Nintendo Switch systems when a sales associate came up to help us. Anjit was so patient with our 100 questions, was very friendly and knowledgeable and was a no pressure sales rep. When we left, my partner actually turned to me and said, you know I really liked that sales person, he was so nice and he didn't pressure us at all to make a decision or even buy anything that day. At one point, he had to step away to help another customer who had asked for him, but once he was done, he actually came back to look for us ! We were really impressed.”
