“I have been a customer here OUTBACK FOOTWEAR for a while and don't mind the long drive to Simi Valley. The owner, Joe, is a very friendly, nice, and polite person. I found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price, items I couldn't find in other stores. They have work boots, cowboy boots, casual shoes, and work jackets, and they repair shoes too. Instead of driving down just to order, I can call them with a Red Wing shoe number (or any brand), and Joe will order it and call me when it's ready to pick up. I wish this store was closer to me, but it is worth the drive!”
“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“My favorite store for top quality fashion and accessories. Brett is great and works hard at locating items that may have low inventory. Tailoring is included. Malibu Cross Creek mall location has many fine shops and restaurants plus outdoor music on the weekends. Pricey but there are sales occasionally.”

“Thank you to Lola, the awesome shoe sales rep who helped me decide to get my boots. I have wanted a particular type of boots for a little over 15 years now, but have never found the ones I want at a price I’m ok with.
These boots I found here (DSW Thousand Oaks), were a bit too expensive, even with a discount. The good thing for us is….Lola was around our area and caught my mistake in price calculation. She took out her calculator and deducted the correct percentage from original price.
An almost $200 + tag was cut down to less than half.
Leather, perfect condition, on sale. Left the store super happy, both my partner and I.

“I've been going to the simi town center for vans but recently changed to the oaks mall due to the sudden lack of service at the simi one. I used to love the vans in simi but the last few times I have been going they customer service has been awful! They greet me and then they just start talking and messing around with each other! The oaks vans always gives me a more warming experience definitely go to this one and not the simi one!”
“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
