“We rented the 12 passenger van to originally use for a family road trip to Montana. But due to the wild fires here in Washington and Montana, we decided to shorten the trip a couple days and just go a few days to the Oregon coast. We had an amazing time, mostly because we were all able to comfortably fit 10 adults/teens and 2 seven month old babies including ALL of our luggage into one awesome vehicle. It looked great, was clean inside and out and ride comfortably. The rental process was easy and Tony (our rep) kept in contact with us in case we had any questions or concerns.
Would easily rent again in the future.

“Rent-a-relic was great! We rented the car for our trip to Yosemite for the week. Great prices, smooth experience, quality car, and friendly staff. The car was a Toyota Camry and had up to date navigation/car play center console. They kindly gifted the four of us each a Rent-a-Relic mug which was very sweet! Would recommend/return.”

“Best car rental experience I've ever had. Honestly, I just picked Alamo because they had the best price for a small SUV. They far surpassed my expectations. We got a new car! (just 7k miles on it). Car was very clean. Check in and checkout process was very fast and efficient. Friends we had flying into SF had a terrible rental experience. So glad we went to Oakland and rented from Alamo here! I especially appreciated that the woman who gave us the car took the time to make sure we understood how to use features of the car we were unfamiliar with. The man and woman who checked the car back in could see that my wife was having trouble walking and they helped out with the bags and made sure we were pointed in the right direction to the airport shuttle.”
“Orinda Motors is the best garage I have ever been to. The service coordinators (Tara, Jamie) are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They are courteous and will give you all the time required to describe your vehicles issues. Then will make sensible recommendations to fix the issues. They take pride in their service and treat customers with respect. Once the service provided does not require a follow up visit as they take time to make sure everything is working properly. The pricing for services is reasonable and there are no unnecessary recommended. I would very highly recommend Orinda Motors for your next vehicle service.”

I originally came to Enterprise because my insurance company partnered with them, but I stayed because of the exceptional customer service Marie provided from beginning to end.
From my very first visit, Marie stood out. The office was busy, and it often seemed like she was handling multiple responsibilities at once, yet she never made anyone feel overlooked. In a time when many businesses don’t even acknowledge customers when they walk in, Marie always greeted people, let them know she would be with them shortly, and made everyone feel seen and valued.
What impressed me most was that when it was your turn, you had her full attention. She never rushed through the process, even when there were people waiting. She took the time to answer questions, explain details, and make sure customers understood everything. That level of patience and professionalism is rare.
My rental ended up being extended several times, and throughout the entire process Marie was proactive, thorough, and communicative. She kept me informed, followed up when needed, and handled every interaction with the same positive attitude she showed on day one.
There was even a miscommunication regarding the return location of the vehicle. Instead of frustration or blame, Marie simply called, explained the situation, reassured us that everything would be handled, and worked to resolve the issue. She then reviewed my final charges and genuinely asked about my experience.
Whether Marie is the manager or not, she demonstrates the kind of leadership, professionalism, and customer service that businesses should strive for. If she isn’t already in a leadership role, she certainly deserves one.

“This location has only one employee and isn't open on weekends. I'm not sure what the point of having this location if you aren't going to properly staff it. And Enterprise will not pickup customers from Lafayette to their Walnut Creek location. Which is only 8-10 minutes away.
6/3/26 Griffin was the Enterprise staff member that assisted me on 6/1/26. He was very professional and helpful. He was the only staff member at the site. Cleaning cars and assisting customers. It is because of him that I'm adjusting my rating from 2 to 4.
Rescheduled for a weekend day appointment. If things go well, I will update this review based upon my experience at this location.”

“The place is simple, I didn't see any real marked customer parking so going there in might be somewhat difficult to find parking, adequate car selection to rent, I was able to get the new Dodge Ram Big Horn truck and that was very nice, if there is one or two people ahead of you, you might have to wait if quite a few minutes if there's only one person working at the desk.”
