“In regard to airport hotels this was not bad. Everyone said Oakland was dangerous and be careful. This place is tucked back in a corner and was fine. 7 minutes to return rental car, 10 minutes to terminal. The rooms were quiet, they were clean, and service was quick.”
“I loved the place right at the water. Rooms were comfy. The only thing that was kinda off was that the bathrooms have a barndoor that does not lock so if you need privacy well there isn't much lol. But besides that it was a great stay. Customer service is top notch. My TV was giving us some trouble, called the office and they came right away to fix the issue. I guess it was still to cold foe the pool so no pool for us.”
“I needed a local location to stay while I recovered from surgery. Rodeway Inn changed it's name and ownership years ago, and I believe it's now a franchise, like a Subway sandwich shop! The people that now run this inn won't submit my bill to my bank. They just keep a running my total due, which is now more than $2200. The cleaning and repair staff have been very nice to work with. I don't know who responds to our surveys, but definitely not the people that run this place. Find somewhere else to stay if you need something that is for more than a day or two. Nights are noisy. Don't trust them.”

Me and my girlfriend come here regularly, almost every week for just relaxation and the beach.
Tan fun and lots of shopping across the street.
Wonderful staff very nice rooms and very friendly.

“Nice clean hotel on main strip in Alameda. Free parking. Free breakfast. Our room was studio suites with couch and wet bar with microwave and mini fridge. No issues during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nicer than the included breakfast at other hotels. Included different kind of eggs each morning and either sausage or bacon, make-your-own waffles, cereal bar, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the Bay Area.”
