“Today was my new puppy and mines FIRST time using the Pet Wash station at this location and I just want to start by saying the customer Service I received today from Ashley was one for the books. She helped me figure out the shampoo and water hoses. My dog was new to the whole bath situation so he was acting a bit naughty and she came right to my rescue with treats in hand and entertained him so I could finish his bath. She was beyond helpful and just so friendly and nice. I will now be making this my new " home " pet wash place and hope to see her again. Really happy with the service I received today. If I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you again! I hope this review gets seen! She deserves a lot of credit. At least this old lady thinks so!”

“Anytime I need quality food and treats for my rescue dog, I go to Pet Food Express. It's nice to know they include plant-based items. I'm so proud of this store for not exploiting, commodifying, or selling animals. I hope people will also let them know they are glad they do not contribute to the cruel practice of overbreeding animals for pet stores that lead to tens if not hundreds of thousands of animals being needlessly euthanized every year. “Long overdue! Pet Food Express — this location has the kindest employees! They offer great, personalized service and are truly happy to be there — professional too. They’re knowledgeable about dog and cat treats and work with whatever is in your budget! I come here for my dog’s treats, which is awesome because he’s very shy but still likes being at Pet Food Express. It’s nice to visit stores that are clean and tidy. I feel a bit extra since I could just order online, but I appreciate this location because it’s low-stimulation and not loud — I feel at ease here. That’s probably why I cross the tunnel to come to this one! Thank you!”

“This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with getting my puppy groomed. She’s a mini golden doodle just fyi. Amber was so nice and knew what she was doing. I love that my dog was the only dog in the shop no other dogs running around and no create in sight, to get thrown in before or after her grooming like other places do. Amber listens to you and what you like with ur dogs cut. Yes she gives her opinion and I like that as well! I could say a lot of good things but mostly I just loved how she treated my 7 month old pup who’s hard to groom cause she moves around a lot. Thanks Amber ? Mazzy will be back forsure.”

I frequently buy Weruva Meals ’n More, and their prices are very reasonable. The products I’ve purchased have always had fresh expiration dates as well. “I come here their pet exams and my dog’s allergy shots. The shots are the cheapest I’ve found anywhere and helped my dogs a lot. I’ve also come in when I need my dogs checked out for a reason and they’ve always provided good exams. The people are nice. If you go plan to stay awhile. Make sure you come in the morning as there is a limited amount of numbers for exams, so the early bird gets the early worm.”

(Bonus: water bowl & bench outside if you both need a rest). Inside you’ll find baskets of human-grade dog biscuits, special feeding bowls, luxurious bedding, collars, backpacks, and durable toys for dogs and cats of every size. The staff really make the place though — they clearly love animals and remember pets’ names quickly. I’ve been here twice now and it’s already my go-to spot for pet gifts. I love stopping in to grab toys for my friends’ dogs. 🐕 Obsessed? …Maybe a little. You won’t regret taking a peak, I promise.”
