It’s rare to find something that feels this special and still made with such high-quality ingredients. Watching our dogs so happy honestly makes us happy too.”
“Anytime I need quality food and treats for my rescue dog, I go to Pet Food Express. It's nice to know they include plant-based items. I'm so proud of this store for not exploiting, commodifying, or selling animals. I hope people will also let them know they are glad they do not contribute to the cruel practice of overbreeding animals for pet stores that lead to tens if not hundreds of thousands of animals being needlessly euthanized every year. I will continue to shop at this store and other locations as well. The workers are always so kind, loving, and helpful. Way to go!”

I arrived 1/2 early thinking they opened at 9:00 (they open at 9:30) and he insisted that I could purchase my dogs' good (they were totally out and I had to go to work, so otherwise, I'd have had to return after work and they'd have to wait all day). What a kind human!”

“The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and there's a free parking lot for customers. Great selection of different foods/snacks for dogs/cars. There's also a wash area for dogs (you have to pay) which is clean, with lots of towels and even some free treats. The price is reasonable. You get time to shampoo, rinse and dry your dog. The water eventually gets to be lukewarm so tolerable for dogs but the air to dry them is cold.”
“Everything about this store my dog absolutely loves. From the staff to the food and treats, to the other cats and dogs she meets there. Not to mention it's in a great location; we can have a day out at one of the many parks in the area and then end with a visit to Pawtrero for a bath and treats. This is our new go-to for all her needs!”

When I was fostering a puppy and felt overwhelmed (to say the least) they were a guiding force, allowing me to keep fostering dogs. “Best pet supply store in the Bay Area. Between this location and the Telegraph one, they usually have excellent selection. The staff is super helpful. Recently, they only had one bag of my usual kibble in the store. I was hoping to get more and the staff special ordered my request at no extra charge and it was available for pick up within a week. The usual buy 3 get 1 free on everything is worth the money. If you’re looking for suggestions, the staff is usually very helpful, often suggesting value items over the most expensive option, which I appreciate a lot. And the treat for my pup at the checkout counter is always appreciated.”
“Love my local pet store for quick pick ups. They have the training treats my pup likes as well as a nice selection of collagen chew sticks and other things. Vibe is super chill and the fountain outside is nice and my pup seems to enjoy it.
Both my dogs like coming here and pull once we get close. Service is great pups got a bonus treat a few times.”

“Pet Vet is an awesome resource and I recommend it to anyone in the area with pets. I first started shopping here because the flea meds were cheaper than at my vet's. There's a great selection of food and supplies (some hard to find) and you can get a lot of normally "prescription only" items. Some require a clinic visit but others like sub-q bags are easily available.”

“This is our neighborhood pet store but I’ll continue to come here once we move to a different spot in the city. Has everything we need for our dog and more. They stay up to date on new toys and brands so much so that it almost feels like they are anticipating our needs. Everything they have is high quality, we can buy there without worry that it will be worth the price. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, plus, their window displays are top tier and make me smile every time I walk by. We love Noe Valley Pet Co and all they bring to the neighborhood!”

I know the place is fairly new, but there's just a lot of potential there. I hope they really keep going with the concept of what real dog food should be. I fear just like us, the food is leading them to their graves. Makes me sick going to the chains! How many dogs do you know that like crackers (a few). I love my animals, they are living beings, and not lesser life forms, as is the perception of a lot of human beings. We force them into an unnatural, and unforgiving world, as we kill of the rest of them or some other torture practice that we fail to recognize. They deserve better lives.”
“This is our local spot for hay, treats, and pellets for our Ziggy Smalls! We stopped purchasing from Amazon and SPS, due to poor quality of 2nd cut Timothy...Ziggy was basically using it as his litter vs eating it. purchasing local here, supports his mission and ensures a safe haven for rabbit and Guinea pig owners so we feel good about coming here. We adore James and he's always helpful and kind when we visit. He was able to give advice when Ziggy had too much "wet poop", even after changing his daily amount of fresh greens. Thank you James! Well now i have Cockatiels and Canary's so i will be buying my feed from you again. Because the store Elgranero feed store stop customer from using their credit cards and they only except cash that has been going on for 1 yr now. And i wanted to buy a canary bird and i didn't have the cash to buy it now so i wasn't able to buy bird.”
